Came here with a friend late at night after a concert, service was very quick and friendly and words cannot describe how awesome their food is for the price. The burgers are better than five guys and cost half the price!! 11/10 highly recommended this place if you’re in the area

The steak and eggs were meh. I was told the burger was good. But I went to this place 3 days in a row (while on a work trip to Charlotte) for the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich and the grits!! That biscuit was so fresh and fluffy! Those grits, so good! Service was just not good, but they got the job done. I guess what do you expect from a 24 hr establishment.

To start out it took the waitress 10 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. We knew what we wanted to order by the time she got our drink order. We watched people who came in after us get their order before us...while our order set on the counter for 15 minutes. By the time she brought the order my husband's food was ice cold. The other 2 orders were fine, but we sent his cold order back. She didn't say anything to us when we told her it was cold, she grabbed the plate and walked off. She ended up walking back and saying "you'll have to wait on them to remake it". We finished our food and his food was still not remade so I asked to speak to a manager.... guess who the manage was. She was terrible! I told her just to bring his food in a box and the ticket. She over charged us by $30 and then got mad when I told her. We shouldn't have had to pay for anything, but she gave no discount and no apology! This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
