To be honest, I was a little thrown off by all the negative reviews about this place. But when I went, the workers were friendly, and the service was quick as well. To top it off, this may have been the best acai bowl I have ever tasted! The acai was not gritty at all, unlike what some of the reviews have claimed. The fruits were all fresh and sweet too. I’m glad I gave this place a try. Can’t wait to go again!!

Went to Rico’s and paid over $18 dollars for a rainbow bowl that was terribly put together along with bad rotten fruit inside and after asking/ paying for extra Nutella (because I know they like to be stingy) I still get a dime size amount right on top. I stopped coming here for a while simply because of the customer service being terrible but that seems to not be the only thing going bad here.

Everything tasted great, both ladies working at 6:30pm on Sunday , September 1st, 2024, had absolutely no will to work or serve despite there being no one else in the building bedsides me. Made me feel very unwelcome and I was honestly uncomfortable waiting for my order to be ready, good fruit. Terrible service.

I started coming here on my lunch and today will be the last. The first two pictures were a small bowl that I paid 20 dollars for. They charged me 5 dollars for Nutella when there’s none to be found in my bowl?? The third picture is the large bowl that was ALSO 20 dollars but same stuff.. I don’t see how the small and large both came out to be the same price and get charged 5 dollars for Nutella that wasn’t even in my bowl as seen in the first two pictures. I will not be coming back unfortunately.

I frequently go to Rico’s and usually have a great experience. Today for lunch I ordered my to go bowls at 12:07 and picked them up at 12:35 and then had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. The girl working was very rude to me and the other costumers waiting- like we were an huge inconvenience to her. Then she wiped the sweat off her face with her gloved hand and continued to touch the food.

I absolutely love Rico's Acai. The workers are always so kind and helpful. The butterbro is my favorite bowl, and I love that we can make substitutions. The rewards program is also very helpful. Thank you for everything y'all do!
I loved eating at Rico’s until one day I went and got food poisoning. I threw up nearly 6 pounds in a short period of a day. It has been three days since I ate here and I am still unable to keep food down or any sort of liquid without throwing it up. My whole body aches and I am severely dehydrated. I read the reviews on this place and saw someone complaining about mold. I do not believe their fruit is as fresh as they say it is. I unfortunately had to go to the hospital due to the dehydration after throwing up so much.

I enjoy Rico's, there's nothing I've had that I didn't like....but really wished they would open earlier. I go to a gym around the corner and it would be convenient to stop here after. I usually end up at a competitor due to their hours.
