Me and my husband went out for an anniversary dinner and we chose this Steakhouse and we were not let down. They are now X Brazilian Steakhouse but with the same great quality food and amazing service from Leticia and all the other staff. The prime rib and garlic steak are favorites along with the pineapple and lemon juice. The Tiramisu was also a highlight, it was flavorful and delicate.

Pretty good overall experience

I LOVED THIS !!! It was amazing the chefs were so kind so were the waiters and the food was absolutely amazing I recommend (the pot roast with rice and pico de gallo) all the meats were amazing and so many different flavors it was incredible so was the salad bar options and the beautiful cheese variety incredible experience everyone was so kind ! Will be back again

We showed up with a pre-purchased Groupon to find that the Rios sign was gone and they could no longer honor the Groupon because it’s not a Rios anymore. Luckily they were willing to offer a discounted price that matched the Groupon…this is why I gave them a ‘4’ for service but the rest was just okay.
The salad bar was standard salad bar options but the cheese was hard and dry from being left out- pretty disappointing. The salmon was good but that was the only food I really enjoyed. The rainbow meat was okay but the rest of the beef did not make me want to come back for more and I found the chicken options to be dry.

At a Brazilian steakhouse, I always look forward to the grilled pineapple but was disappointed how undercooked and over seasoned it was. :(

We spent my brother's birthday here it was amazing food we had an amazing sweet server that was very attentive the food was delicious the meats were cooked to perfection experience was a ten out of ten one hundred percent coming back.☺️

We had an amazing joyful server She was really kind, and the food service was amazing. All of the meat was cooked to perfection, all the meats had amazing seasonings on it. We loved the salad bar. It was amazing 10 out of 10 restaurant.❤️😊

I had an amazing experience at this Brazilian steakhouse! The food was outstanding every cut of meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The gauchos kept coming around with a great variety of meats, always carved fresh at the table, which made the whole experience so fun and authentic. The salad bar was also full of fresh and tasty options.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Letícia and Victoria were wonderful super kind, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. Along with the gauchos’ energy and professionalism, they made the night unforgettable. We had a little problem with the groupon but they were really talkative and explained everything that was going on with details.
Highly recommend this place delicious food, authentic atmosphere, and truly amazing staff!

I had the most incredible experience at X Brazilian Steakhouse The New Rio’s! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made the night unforgettable was my waitress, Leticia.

She went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special, and it was clear that every smile, every detail, and every gesture came from a place of genuine care. Leticia’s charisma lit up the entire evening ,she’s not only attentive and professional, but also truly authentic in the way she connects with people.

The food was absolutely delicious, yes, we had a problem about the Groupon but she made sure to explain to us everything with details. We felt important and wanted in the restaurant! the service was outstanding, and thanks to Leticia, the night felt magical. If you want an amazing dining experience, I highly recommend asking for her, she will make sure your visit is one you’ll always remember!

My wife snd I Showed up after not having eaten all day to fill ourselves up only to arrive and be told the Groupon will not be accepted anymore. We were already so hungry we decided to bite the bullet and just pay the normal price.

Nearly all the food was very bland, tough or odd tasting besides the Picahna which was good and juicy.

The service was fine and our waitress was a nice lady so no blame to her, and the gentlemen with the meat were very attentive.

I understand they are in the process of rebranding and changing management, but they honestly may need to close until they get it figured out. Sign was taken down but they still use the “Rios” cards to flip over for food.

I noticed things small like Salmon was misspelled as “Salmom” again not a huge issue, but for $50 per person and $10 for 2 soft drinks this place was a massive disappointment.

Hope they get things figured out with the new management.
