the italian ice here is fantastic, but i was a bit disappointed that the “family” restroom is only reserved for employees and I had to go elsewhere to use a restroom. Other than that everything was great!!

I came to Rita’s expecting an average experience, but I was blown away by the delicious chocolate custard and excellent customer service. I am allergic to nuts, and the staff Gabrielle and Lia were great at accommodating my order based on that allergy. Overall, it was fantastic and I will definitely be returning.

Be careful they do not wear hairnets here !!! I got halfway down the road and halfway through my Italian ice and saw the longest female hair I’ve ever seen inside of my cup.They would not give me my money back, only offered to replace it!!

We approached them for a donation for a local charity event where we were giving icee’s away to sick kids at the Levines children’s hospital through our non profit. They could not do a full donation which is fine. No problem. But then I asked them what price could they do and what would be the price for our catering order. They never answered. I contacted them 3 times and they don’t even reply. We’re a local charity and we were willing to pay and they wouldn’t event give us a dollar quote. We asked Jeremiah’s Ice company and they happily donated all the product for our event. They have great food and they support your local community! Try them !

It’s disappointing that this location chooses to close early without updating the website’s operating hours. It states that it closes at 10pm, and I rushed to the store trying to make it before close. When I arrived at 9:50pm on Monday 7/22, the lights were already turned off & the staff was cleaning the store. As a former Rita’s employee at the Ballantyne location, we were always encouraged to welcome & serve guests until the store was closed. Maybe times have changed, but it’s disappointing.
