Riverview Raw Bar & Chill

The outdoor seating is the way to go. The inside of this restaurant smells a little odd, like maybe it has water damage at one point... but the view and the river breeze on the deck are the big appeal at this place anyway. They have live music, the raw oysters are very fresh and the prices reasonable.

Very disappointed in the food service and atmosphere. It is nothing like Riverview used to be. Food was under cooked

Love the taco selections, shrimp and chicken was really good. I like that they make their sauces in house. The cocktail sauce is especially good. We were seated on the patio and had a nice view of the lake with a few boats floating by. An enjoyable evening was had by all.

This is the best place to grab a drink and some food on the Catawba. The people are good, the food is good, and if you catch them on the right day the oyster and cheap! They literally use the shells as landscaping material.

What a joke. Our server, Jenna, was terrible. She was rude, short with us, made my husband feel like he was bothering her just because he asked for another fork (the one he had was rolled up but had old food stuck on it). She was rushing us like she had something better to do, Howour appetzet came out in a timely fashion, but before we could finish that and get our salads from the salad bar, our entrees were there...we were trying to relax and have a good time and she was trying to rush us through our meal. How this girl got a job or more of a pressing question, how does she still have a job?! I watched her interact with other guests and was just as rude, so at least I knew then that it wasn't just us. So the service was terrible, the food was mediocre at best. I will never come back and I suggest to all, about this place at all costs. J. Peters is right around the corner with the same river view, with better service, and better food. I would go there, to a real restaurant, because Riverview Raw Bar is a joke of a place .I should had known it wasn't good when there was hardly anyone there on a beautiful weekend day. Do not go to this place!!!
