The food is not worth the money. I had the pulled pork barbecue sandwich and it was very dry. He put a teaspoon of barbecue sauce and a teaspoon of coleslaw. Also I was given a tablespoon of baked beans. They are very selfish with the portions. I will never purchase from these people again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the food we got Friday was so unbelievably delicious I had to. The ribs are smoked perfectly and the meat is so tender, falls off the bone and practically melts in your mouth. Their baked beans are so yummy and the potato salad! 💯 The potato salad is the closest to tasting like my Grandmas that I have ever been able to find. We will eagerly be waiting for the truck to be in Waxhaw again!!!!

Great bbq and good customer service!

I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich with Cole slaw on top and bbq chicken plate with Cole slaw and potato salad as sides. Everything was delicious!

You came to our community about a month ago hunting Forest Community in Concord and your food was absolutely delicious. That’s why when you came today we were certain that it was going to be just as delicious. You gonna have to do better than canned Collard greens really canned string beans really quick made potato salad, it’s like you just threw that food together today and I was really not pleased when you come to our community me and my husband try to support you but if you do this, just throw food together and not be on your game at all times, we’re just not gonna buy food from you anymore

I just enjoyed Rollicious Ribs and More for the first time. She told me it was made with love but didn’t tell me I would hear angels singing when I took my first bite. Tried the chicken dinner from Rollicious at Foodtruck Wednesday at Cabarrus Arena. It was the BEST chicken I’ve ever had and the owners/staff are friendly and helpful

I have eaten this food several times and everything has been delicious. Staff is quick and attentive to your order. Try them, you won’t be disappointed!

The food is favorable and have a signature sauce that compliments the meat and it is just amazing. Looking forward to buying more??
