We stopped by while we were at the Mistletoe Market tonight and are so glad we did. The fish combo ate down. It was delicious and seasoned/fried to perfection. The tea/lemonade mix was also super good. Please stop by and get some food here. You won’t regret it. The sauce was also great, just wished it was a little spicier! great customer service also 😊

I had Rollos food truck for the first time tonight in Belmont. I eat at a handful of food trucks each month. Food trucks are always hit or miss for me, and most of the time the food doesn’t meet my expectations and I feel it’s not with the price. Rollos was the complete opposite. The food was restaurant quality, not carnival quality. The sauce they gave with the shrimp was delicious. The chicken and shrimp were perfectly cooked in a delicious batter similar to calabash style. It was hot and fresh and not super greasy. I highly recommend.

I had intentions on going to a seafood boil location but I end up finding this place and when I say it blessed my spirit and soul ????????????..My GAAAWWWWWWDDDDD..ate it right in the parking lot.... couldn't even pull off and had to rest up before I Got back on the road. I will definitely be back. Ohhh..and p.s. the white bread at the bottom soaking everything up incredibly Genius??????? ? ???????????
