I got the Mac burger with bacon, tots on the side, & a vanilla milkshake! Everything was absolutely delicious! The proportions were perfect. The milkshake was thick, sweet but not too sweet, & had rainbow sprinkles!! The only thing I'd ask is to maybe put more bacon on the burger!! I will be back for sure!

I’m from out of town so when I saw this just down from my hotel I had to go for it. Did not disappoint. BBQ bacon burger was epic. Tots were magical. I’ll be back for sure.

The bbq bean burger was delicious and I would eat here again if I was in the neighborhood, but the service and atmosphere were sub par. We didnt get our drinks with our order and wasn't able to get them until we had finished our meals because the person working the register kept disappearing for long periods of time.
I usually love Romeo’s Vegan Burgers and have had great experiences in the past. However, my most recent visit was disappointing and concerning. I ordered the Mac burger with the soy-free patty, which seemed fine at the time, but unfortunately, I became very sick afterward. I ended up throwing up the entire meal that night and have been unwell all day, unable to even keep water down.
This is very out of the ordinary for Romeo’s, as their food is typically fresh and delicious. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I wanted to share my experience in case there’s a larger issue. I truly enjoy this restaurant and hope to see quality control maintained for all customers.

Not for families. Order was to be ready at 4:50. My son-in-law and his two year old son waited there for an hour while we stayed home with the other kids melting down from hunger. Was done at 5:50. On a $160 order. Second time that happened there for us. Won’t be a third. The business won’t survive with service like that.

Unable to use cooking appliances where we're staying, temporarily: My Son and I arrived at 1050 to wait at the entrance until opening. It was really cold out, but I'd hoped it'd be worth the wait!
At 1102 [the open hour] I pulled the door & it was still locked, but customers were being served in the drive thru. We waited 15 minutes more; intentionally or otherwise, no one came to the door nor invited us in. No problem--the $25 I planned to spend on their burger & fry I used, instead, on groceries.
The [least] a business can do is open on time. It was our first & last time visiting.
