I wanted to write a review on my experience using a gift card at this establishment. The total of my bill was roughly $60 and the gift card was for $20. My sister and I split the bill. When the bills were returned to us they were the exact same amount so we asked if the gift card was applied? He said that management has a rule that if a gift card is used, 20% gratuity will be applied although the menus say parties of 6+ only for gratuity. He even claimed he disagreed with this rule. My sister and I always tip 20% but the issue is our bills both came back with a gratuity of an adjusted $9 each so $18 which is well over 20%. Basically the tip was adjusted to the $20 coupon in the end. The food was good, and the server was nice, but it’s hard to tell or not if it was him or management who gave himself a 30% tip.

Manager refused that we sit at a table saying that 2 of our party had takeouts from another place although 3 would order from the restaurant and 14 tables free and not busy... Another lady came to complain as well but the guy at the cashier was great. Very poor attitude from the manager.

We had such a good time at Room Service last weekend. The weather was perfect for sitting outside on their patio. We started with cocktails and they did not disappoint. The French fries with brisket was so good I could have eaten two... but my friends made me share!! The sandwiches were yummy too. We finished off with a decadent browned butter vanilla cheese cake with a cinnamon cream on top. All in all, it was a great meal in a fun atmosphere. We'll be back.

Checking out Room Service as I enjoyed another #MeTime date. The roasted chick peas to me, were over roasted. They pretty much dissolved on touch. The taste was good tho. Washed them down with a glass of La Posta wine.
I wanted to try this spot mainly for their steak but unfortunately steak is no longer on the menu. Therefore I called an audible and ordered the Roman Empire. A Fried Chicken sandwich with umami mayo, citrus slaw a marinated cucumber all on a brioche bun. Of course I remove everything except for the cucumber. Y'all know I'm picky.😁 Long story short the chicken taste like a greasy smashburger. I ended up removing most of the breading.
I washed this all down with a drink that they've labeled the Jeff Goldblum Drinks For Free. Great drink....it hits you in waves.
If I decide to return to this establishment it will be to try their other cocktails and drinks. Also 20% gratuity automatically added. 😉 #GratuityAdded
Such a fun place to go! Great spot to bring your dogs while enjoying a great view of uptown on the patio. Drinks and food are creative and delicious!
