Had the vegetarian curry miso ramen and the vegetable gyosa and they were both delicious! Great atmosphere and service.

Got here at 3:40pm and they said that they were closed for lunch. Update your hours. Wasting everyone's time.

Don’t let the competing ramen spots in “fancier” locations fool you. This is the best Ramen in CLT! While the shopping center and restaurant exterior are very unassuming, the inside is a quaint and cozy restaurant run by the sweetest people. Everything is made fresh and comes out piping hot - even ordering through DoorDash the food is always hot, and always consistent. We have tried almost everything on the menu but our favorites remain the spicy miso ramen, sweet and spicy garlic fried chicken, fried sweet potato, and the gyoza dumplings.

This place definitely doesn’t get enough hype! We popped in today to order takeout to bring back home, the place is small and very cute and had relaxing music playing. The folks working were very nice and obbbbviously know what they’re doing.

We ordered gyoza, a side of kimchi, then one miso ramen (with meat) and almost ordered one veg miso ramen - the sweet lady who took our order mentioned they also have a miso curry veg ramen and I got that instead, which was indeed the correct choice to make.

The noodles in the ramen are perfect, i’m definitely getting extra on the side next time. The kimchi is a little spicy and sweet and crunchy. The curry miso broth is sooo tasty.

Walking out of the place, i was basically dancing holding my big bag of goods, knowing it was all about to be 10/10. We’ll be back for sure!! <3 much love to the hands that prepared it all!

First time coming here with my family & it was phenomenal! Ive been to many ramen bars back in Utah before I moved out here & Roppongi was the first Ramen Bar I have been to since moving out here in North Caroline & everything was great! Went to enjoy a nice little lunch. Was rudely yelled at by staff saying they were on a “break”. Not sure how i was suppose to know that as the business hours didn’t say anything about a break and the door was unlocked. They shoo’d me out and left me embarrassed. There were several other patrons in there enjoying their meals so i was left very confused. They need to have a better system as this could possibly feel racially charged…i won’t be returning again after this unfortunate situation

We came back for another round! Love Ramen and I am always looking for a great spot and this place is certainly it. The flavors in the broth are amazing and noddles have the right chew and perfect cook. I enjoyed the Shio Ramen but my family would say the Miso Ramen is even better. Either way you can’t go wrong, both options are delicious. I am a fan of Korean Fried Wings so I had to try some. I’d have to say that they are pretty good. I’d give them a 7/10 in wings and 9/10 on the ramen. We tried the Soy Garlic and Sweet/Soy Garlic ones. I think their spicy ones might be better. If there was anything I wish they’d add is chicken and beef options for the ramen. I know pork is typically the main protein in ramen but I’d like the option. Anyways it’s truly a great place! You must check it out!

Small and family owned restaurant. It seats about 25 total. A small menu allows for the cooks to focus on their food and it shows. It is one of the best vegetarian ramen soups I have had! The prices are incredible and very affordable for this day and age!!!!

Roppongi is a cozy, low-key spot for good ramen and is now my go-to spot for my area. The staff are kind and extremely pleasant to be around and the food is delicious. I tried the spicy curry ramen, miso ramen, and the dakgungyang chicken, each of which was an absolute hit. I even got an unexpected deal on buying a case of Moshi soda from them. I will definitely be back!
