If I could leave zero stars I would! I visited Ruby Sunshine at the location on Bland St in Charlotte, NC. My family and I were patient enough to wait 3 hours to get seated. The host was pleasant, but we immediately got bad vibes from our waitress. She was dismissive with our questions and failed to make us want to try anything on the menu. She didn't seem interested in serving us and even slammed our silverware on the table as she walked past, without stopping. We didn't feel welcome and left within 10 minutes of sitting down.

I recently ate breakfast at Ruby Sunshine for the first time, and I was very impressed. The service is very good and the food is delicious. We started off with the beignets that were so tasty. I had the Three Little Pigs omelet that comes with bacon, ham, and sausage with grits and a delicious buttermilk biscuit. It was so good. The bar looks really cool, and I need to have a cocktail the next time I come back. If you are looking for a good breakfast/brunch spot in Ballantyne, I recommend Ruby Sunshine.

Had such great service from Megan! She was lovely and so sweet! Food was super good. Pancakes are life changing with that cane syrup butter. I so wanted to love the biscuits but they were a bit heavy. Great Ruby mimosa- big! We were visiting from Milwaukee and will be back!
