Firstly, let me just say- I don’t know what in the H is going on over here. My coworkers and I probably waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged/ seated at the front desk. We were sat at a booth, waited another 15 minutes for our waiter to come over and ask what we would like to drink. Another 10 minutes pass & the drinks finally come and they tasted terrible. They had to be sent back two times. The food was sub par, looks like it was expired.

Restroom had no soap/ towels to dry my hands with. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was terrible. Probably 10 customers in the whole building and not one server to be found. I would defiantly recommend going somewhere else.

The icing on the cake was the party of 4 that ran out of the door without paying the bill, nothing at all was done. We alerted the server and she said “that’s not my table, I’m not doing anything about it” like really?

Dirty silverware, used pampers in the parking lot, no tissue/ towels/ soap in restrooms, terrible customer service/ food. This restaurant really needs better management or to be shut down completely.

The food was not good at all, the portion sizes was not even USDA portion sizes, they were sizes for a toddler, I had to send my plate back and ask for more mashed potatoes and my burger wasn't made the way I ordered it. I asked for no onions, I only wanted tomatoes and cheese on my burger and I got cheese and onion. The shrimp scampi was very dry, they didn't put enough butter sauce on it and when i asked for more, they said that's all they had. The portion size for the shrimp scampi was small as well. My friend ordered a ribeye and that was so tough she couldn't cut it. The salad bar was the only thing good but it was food everywhere, dressing inside of another bowl of dressing. The electric lemonade was nasty, I asked from some grenadine to make it better which that didn't help at all, just changed the color of the drink. I will never go back!

This place needs some help. We ordered the salad bar, there were so many empty containers on the bar maybe 6-7. I thought I'd get what I can and someone would be by to fill them. There were no other customers in the restaurant. One waitress was sitting at a table scrolling her phone (maybe she was on break ?) 20 some minutes later when I went to get a second plate the containers were still empty.

Ordered take-out, got a raw chicken sandwich. Manager was helpful and refunded the order but this is concerning, especially after being told that the chicken gets temperature-probed…

You need to go here if you wanted to experience a karen. I place a mobile order for 3 entrees and 2 sides. I get there and I get 1 entree and 2 sides. I walk back in and ask for the other half of my order 15 mins later the karen walks back out with the rest of the order. I then ask for a refund for the cold entree the moment I said that the KAREN said i feel Threatened. Just ask for a refund i just walked out.

I absolutely love Ruby Tuesday and typically go to the Concord location. The Arrowood location left alot to be desired! There was one waitress working and management didn't assist. Instead, they would state that someone will be with you and scurry to the back. The food was horrible. I took a couple of bites and left it. The salad bar items were frozen and then placed out, not fresh! The carrots were mushy! I will not be back to this location

We sat for 45 minutes before our drinks came out . Ordered the salad bar which was empty just about and 30 minutes later was able to get lettuce. Slow service, bland food, no inviting atmosphere. Won't return to any Ruby Tuesday ever! We should have walked out

Phones don't work, website doesn't work. It's like they are intentionally trying to not sell anything. You can't call them as they require you to place your order online and the message just repeats and never actually connects to the store. You know, to let them know that the site is broken and you can't order on it.

I just wanted to inform everyone that this location does not refrigerate their mayonnaise, So if you got sick after eating here and had something containing mayo, that’s probably why.

I used to go for the salad bar, but it wasn't as pleasing to the eye as it used to be. The bacon burger was good, but small. Service was okay, I believe they were short handed. It overall visit was just okay, nothing like it used to be. Won't be back anytime soon. 😞

Had lunch with my family; we were greeted at the door by an employee (male). I immediately noticed the 91 sanitation grade. I asked for a booth (more comfortable for my mom). We were sat by the window under a speaker; my brother asked our server, the same guy that sat us, if the music could be turned down - it was a bit loud. He acted like it was an inconvenience and or didn't know how to do it. My brother had to ask a second time; eventually it was low enough to where we could have a conversation. I looked around the restaurant, it was very slow for it to be around 12:30; we were one of four tables. We all ordered the salad bar; by the looks of the upkeep of the bar - I can see where part of that 91 grade came from. A little disappointed with the set up: browning lettuce, containers that were half full and the counters needed a good wipe down. The variety of the selection was a little disappointing.. Our server seemed to be a little bored and felt the need to chat us up at our table. My brother did ask a few questions - but it got to be a little long winded. My brother had placed his water glass towards the edge of the table -- the server did not pick up on that cue that he needed more water; eventually my brother had to ask. When we left, there was no one at the door to thank us for coming; if there was a manager on duty - we never saw him or her. This was probably the first time I have dined out and NO manager did a table visit. Maybe that's not something that Ruby Tuesday's does. Well, I doubt I will return; we chose R.T. because it was something different for our mom vs fast food.
