Had the best experience tonight & last night with our bartender and excellent server Bridget. She was so helpful & knowledgeable of the drinks & menu items, she was fast, friendly & always had a smile on her face!! Bridget was amazing!! I highly recommend Ruby Tuesday if you come to town! Wow. Beyond impressed. Typically do not dine in @ chains, but it was across from the hotel I was staying at. How convenient!I ended up dining 2 nights in a row because the hospitality was so outstanding. Bridgett, the bartender goes above and beyond for her patrons. She also makes a fabulous margarita! ☺️??

Dirty, the waitress didn't even seem to care. Hardly saw her. Waiting maybe 15 min to get seated, and we never even got a check even after close to 30 min after we finished eating. Had to find someone else to even give it to us. We saw her keep coming out of the back with a smile on her face, then disappear again, never to be seen. We never even got refills, and it probably took 15 min to get our drink. I had finished 2 plates from the salad bar before we got them. The guy working the salad bar was 100% kicking, but too. He was doing great. I doubt there were more than 12 customers eating. People were literally walking out from not being seated.

My friend said her steak was terrible, flavorless and completely fatty. They had no baked potatoes. Her cheesecake was frozen solid. I had the pot roast, it was ok. The garlic bread was plain toast. Skipped salad bar as it was unappealing. Restaurant not how I remembered. I will now remember never to go back.
Food was great! It was nice meeting Sabrina she's so polite and fun. James is a really good manager!
