Anna our server was outstanding! Visible but not overbearing. Stayed in touch with us as 40 years plus friends had time to visit. Food was on point.

The whole experience was great. Parking was easy, the hostesses sat us immediately, and we had a waiter and waitress attending our table making our service phenomenal. Dining at the Rusty Bucket was one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have had since moving to Charlotte.

Very bland food for the price of it. $16.29 for a burger that was very dull and shouldn't be more than a $11 burger. Beef was dry and the bun lacked flavor. Also $4 for soda at a place like this is ridiculous. They ran out of soda halfway through my dinner as well and still tried to charge the full amount before I had them take it off the bill.

Rude Bartender with an attitude
No greeting. I paid my bill $5.40 for one Miller Lite. The bartender gave me back the change, but shorted me the 0.60. So I mentioned it and told her she could keep it. She then gave me the 0.60 and told me to keep it. So rude! No name on the bill only AM bartender

I have been going to Risty Bucket for years as I live nearby. I've always loved it. Food is good, service good, friendly. I can't afford to go anymore. I'm not paying over $20 for a burger and fries. I hate that they have gone over mh price range. Bye, Rusty
