The food we ordered was excellent. The ordering, pickup and final product results were so-so. I called in my order for pickup. I had to repeat things way too many times but I thought we had it straight. Pickup. I gave my name as Heather C. Apparently he thought my name was Hubert not Heather. But ok then. I paid for my food and left. My son's sandwich was supposed to be meat, cheese and nothing else. It came with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I had to trade sandwiches with him because he doesn't like any of that stuff. Food good. Service not so much.

Been here 3 times and I will be back. Food always feels freshly made, delivered hot. Fries aren't soaked in salt, buns dont fall apart from grease, soda machine is always balanced so your coke isn't flat. They seem to make good choices with how they operate. Reasonably priced, too.

Id give it a 5 star all around but the wait time is awful. Ordered a sandwich at 12 for 130 and when I got there it took them 20 mins to get it ready. Had 10 minutes to eat before my lunch was over. But well worth it 😄 . That French dip is to die for

Great burgers and fries. Order and pay at the counter, then they bring the food to you after they prepare it.
My wife and I had a delicious lunch at Rusty’s Deli and grilled. I had a Phill cheese steak sandwich ( beef) with mushrooms, and my wife had a BLT ! We shared fries.

I have been going to Rusty's for over 30 years. The food has been consistently good that whole time. In fact it is so good that I will not order a hamburger at another restaurant as I know I will be disappointed. I am there virtually every Friday for lunch. The Staff know me and always make me feel welcome. It is like the TV show Friends, where everybody knows your name. A special shoutout to the lunch time crew that I have come know. You can't go wrong at Rusty's.
