When checking in; hosts were very friendly and we felt welcomed. The waiter was outstanding and could not have done a better job. Food was fresh and hot! We enjoyed ourselves as we have at this location many times and definitely plan to return!

Went here for a private dinner sponsored by Fisher investments. We were in a private dining room and well attended by the wait staff. The food was fantastic and a great setting for the discussion about investing. There were three selections for the dinner and I chose the petite filet which was accompanied with a salad mashed potatoes and cream spinach the dessert was a small cheesecake and some chocolate ganache very very good.

Our time at RC in uptown was unmatched! So… This was our 25th anniversary. We’ve spent most of our anniversaries at a Ruth’s Chris all over the country since we were 22 yrs old. We’ve been in Orange County, San Diego Palm Desert, Houston, Maui…all over. But this one was special. Service and staff was incredible. Food was wonderful. We loved it. Thank you. We’ll definitely see you in a year…but most likely before that! 😊

My son and I dined here for Christmas dinner on 12/25/24. Everything was great other than we waited a long time to get our food after ordering. The waitress was great and very apologetic. She said the manager wanted to speak to us about it but that never happened. Waiting so long was a little frustrating but since it was Christmas and their staff was working and away from their families I didn’t make a big deal of it.

This is the first Ruth's Chris I've been to and the food was worth the visit. We made reservations and arrived early and were seated within a few minutes. The atmosphere and ambiance is nice but typical of Ruth's Chris. Keep in mind that that options on the menu is ordered separately (salad, entree, side - as expected from an upscale restaurant).
The service was slow and sporadic at times or just MIA all together, I just check it off as it being Friday night and busy. The food took awhile to come out but it was sizzling hot and of course the steak is served on the hot plate so it keeps the steak warm, the chefs can cook it to the temperature you ask for. The garlic mash potatoes and creamed spinach are a MUST HAVE - it's practically dessert! All around good experience for a special night out.
Would recommend to anyone interesting in a decent dining experience for special occasions or just out for the night with your special one. However, the allure of Ruth's Chris has gone down over the years.
