My son and I dined here for Christmas dinner on 12/25/24. Everything was great other than we waited a long time to get our food after ordering. The waitress was great and very apologetic. She said the manager wanted to speak to us about it but that never happened. Waiting so long was a little frustrating but since it was Christmas and their staff was working and away from their families I didn’t make a big deal of it.
This is the first Ruth's Chris I've been to and the food was worth the visit. We made reservations and arrived early and were seated within a few minutes. The atmosphere and ambiance is nice but typical of Ruth's Chris. Keep in mind that that options on the menu is ordered separately (salad, entree, side - as expected from an upscale restaurant).

The food was delicious, service was phenomenal. We had a wonderful date night. Do not valet.
Parking: Do not valet. Valet is no longer complimentary which was fine. What was not fine was the bird shit all over my car and windshield when we came outside because the car was exactly where we parked it upon entering the restaurant. When I went to contact the valet company on the way home via the link on the receipt, a porn website appeared...
