Ruth's Chris Steak House

Excellent customer service. The food was cooked to perfection and the ambiance of the restaurant was great for a date night out with the hubby.

The experience was pleasant and the service was great. My only minor complaint was the mashed potatoes lacked seasoning.

Everything was phenomenal, the whole staff took very good care of us on our date night! We will be back!

Ordered the jumbo lump crab cakes- Maryland approved! The wait was a bit long past reservation time, but overall I would dine with RC again.

I was so disappointed. Slow service. No stuff chicken breast. Received side that wasn't good. Price was incorrect Slow service This is my favorite restaurant and really disappointed. I am a regular customer and didn't feel appreciated.

Being my favorite restaurant , the food was what was expected. Unfortunately, after being bombarded with emails about the $55 3 course , when I asked about it our server who was amazing said he didn't no anything about it and pointed us to Ruth's Pairings which was different then what the promo ads were showing..

Great service. All the staff was very professional and acted worthy of the restaurant. The food was good as well. Not 5/5 but still very good.

So I spoke with the manger way ahead of time requesting being away from guest and more quiet the host even read out my request . But I'm not understanding why the host would continue putting guest by me and my husband . Our atmosphere wasn't quiet. Going forward I will make sure that my request are being abide by

We were seated around 6:50. Reservations at 7:00. Ordered our meal, no appetizers or salad. Our waiter apologized just before 8:00 that our meal was not there yet. We were there for a birthday....it was very disappointing and we asked at the bar for the manager, told him what happened then we got up and left. There were two tables near us that were seated after us and already had their meals....that was the icing on the cake. Overall a very bad experience and we will not go back.

We visited the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The service was excellent and we were wished a happy anniversary from all staff members that we encountered.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Ruth Chris in South Park and it was the perfect place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food and atmosphere were excellent, however what made our experience extra special was our server Nicole. She was extremely kind, friendly, along with attentive and responsive to our dining needs. She just made the evening even more enjoyable!

Everything went perfect. I was there visiting for my birthday and the waiter and staff was super super awesome and they let me have my birthday beads. I would suggest this restaurant to everyone I know as I already did today and more. Thank you again for my birthday gift.

Steak had 20% fat, had better steak at outback, they server on a really hot plate so the steak doesnt ever rest, just keeps cooking even while you eat it, not to mention the burn factor, so not sure how that's a thing. Everything was just mediocre, nothing you could not get for half the price at any other steakhouse.

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is an excellent choice if you are looking for top notch service, excellent food and an upscale atmosphere. If price is a concern, trust, you get what you pay for. The staff is friendly, personable, and willing to cater to your every need. Parking is super convenient and FREE (which is a big plus in my book). I highly recommend this establishment whether you are celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a nice intimate dinner.
