Wonderful experience

Food was great as usual, but the pace of our meal was off last night. We waited long periods between appetizer, salads, and drink re-orders. My husband is an excellent tipper but was growing impatient at slow service. The later it got the more riff-raff was let in and they didn't adhere to the dress code. I have a problem with that because it's listed inside as well as the website. I came dressed for the meal I knew I deserved (including our 3 yr old). It's simply disrespectful to come wearing hoodies and t-shirts with wording. This isn't Chili's!!!
If it's a posted rule, it should be adhered to. My husband and I spent $500 on our meal and it's an insult to the other guests as well as the establishment.

I enjoyed my Christmas Day meal at this restaurant, which was my first time ever dining there. I had made a reservation for 3 p.m., and my plus one and I were greeted with beautiful smiles and promptly seated. I chose the salmon pairing, while my plus 1 chose the filet. Dessert choices - cheesecake and sweet potato casserole. Our hostess, Nicole, was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful and patient as we made our selections. I would rate her as an exceptional 10 out of 10.

Great service for our tradition of eating at Ruth’s Chris on Christmas Eve.. Dante was knowledgeable of the menu, attentive and personable. The meal did not disappoint. A lovely evening.

Had a great Christmas Eve dinner at Ruth's Chris Southpark. It was our daughter's first time and she really enjoyed the dining experience. Our waiter Brian was fantastic and treated us all very well, explained the menu and a la carte options clearly. We will definitely return to celebrate a holiday or special occasion soon!

Party of 10 last night. Only 1 steak out of all was not cooked correctly, all others were perfect. Sides were great as was our server, Joanna.

Alan was wonderful.

Holidays are always tough. Working in Hospitality, I know you have to have your best on staff for these days as guests have high expectations and different reasons for why they are at your establishment.

I had just got done working and the Mrs. didn't have the urge the cook a big extravagant Christmas dinner, so she asked that we go out to eat. I explained that going to eat on Christmas is hard unless you are in the mood for Chinese or popcorn. Upon my first look at Open Table, this one 7:45PM slot opened up and it felt like destiny. She said she wanted steak, so I told her Red Lobster has steak. We dressed decent enough; maybe too dressed for Red Lob but maybe slightly under dressed for Ruth's.

Regardless, Alan attended to us in the midst of Christmas Dinner Rush, some patrons looking for their check, others needing to be topped off on their wine and he so effortlessly offered us wine options, his preferences on cuts of steaks, sides that he enjoys, etc.

I'll save you guys from more reading, but quite frankly it was $300+ dinner that felt like it. We all hate going to a place feeling like you could've cooked it better. I genuinely can say it was one of the better steaks I have had and Alan's service was the cherry on top.

We'll be back as the Economy lets us come back :-D

After 38 years my wife and I were alone for Christmas. Our friend, James Corbin form Orsini Wines, recommended this location. We had never been to a Ruth's Chris. We had a reservation which we gave up upon arrival and sat at the bar, which we prefer. The staff at the bar was incredible - considering they were there on Christmas. I did have one problem, the kitchen got my order wrong twice. BUT the manager on duty was incredible, Jordan. He turned around what was becoming a bad experience into an incredible one. We will return, and bring friends next time!

Parking: We got there shortly after opening, the spots were plenty but narrow. Upon leaving the entire lot was full

Had dinner here on Christmas day with the entire family, service was immaculate and the staff were all incredibly friendly, going out of their way to make the evening enjoyable. Food was great as always. Special shoutout to our service team, we had the pleasure of sitting with Michael, and he was amazing for the entire night (highly recommend asking for him if you make a reservation). Per usual, his service was incredible, and he made the night memorable. Thank you Michael & the Ruth's Chris staff for your time on Christmas day!
