Stopped at the food truck in the University City Lowe's parking lot. Food was delicious! The Cuban sandwich was not what I was expecting, but I chose it with chicken and it was beyond delicious. Came with fries.The guava and cheese empanadas were the best! I highly recommend!

I ordered the cuban sandwich w/ fries, the sandwich was amazing to say the least. Very flavorful ingredients, and you can tell that the wonderful lady who prepared it put a lot of love into it.I ordered a Cuban sandwich with fries and I really liked it. Everything was piping hot and fresh, and also very delicious. I would have ordered two more sandwiches, I will definitely return to try more of their dishes and meals.

I had the chicken and the beef empanadas and a bite of my friends Cuban sandwich. Delicious! Recommend and will stop by whenever I am in the neighborhood again to sample the rest of there menu.

Hidden food truck in the Lowe's parking lot. Apparently it is always stationed there. I could not find a website or anything with their hours or menu online. The chef is amazing! He was super nice and friendly and he was working completely alone on all of the orders. There was no line when I went early Sunday. I ordered Cuban sandwiches, chicken croquettas, sweet plantains, and guava and cream cheese empanadas. The Cuban sandwiches were really good but not like ones you would normally find. They had shredded beef, lettuce tomato and a green sauce on them. They were super flavorful! The fries that they came with were ok. They were a little soggy and not warm. The chicken croquettas were good but not amazing. I always prefer ham croquettas but he didn't have them on the menu. The sweet plantains were very good. It came with so many of them! My favorite thing was the guava and cream cheese empanadas. They were loaded with guava and cream cheese! The shell was super crispy too. Overall, this was a great meal and I enjoyed it! I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

You ever put a pair of pants on and found money you didn't expect. Thats how it feels when you drive by this half opened Citgo and see this beacon of light that is Sabor al Paladar. If you see it opened it's your lucky day and you must stop and get one of the greatest sandwiches ever made in Charlotte history along with some empanadas.
