Half the time they get my order wrong this time I took a pic I always get the empanadas the very first time I tried the I ordered 3 beef and one chicken. I like beef anything more then I like chicken. But I wanted to try both. When I got home I grabbed one and started to eat it I was like dang this is so good and it was the chicken then i proceed to eat the next one also chicken then the beef. I was like they got my order backwards. But I wasn't mad because the beef ones are no way as good as the chicken. So the next time I went I ordered all chicken when my order came out asked before I left. The guy said yes they are definitely chicken. And they were. One time I ordered again online on the order they ask who is picking up the food I put my friends name because I ordered for him. He got there they gave him a burrito and #1 didn't order a burrito I ordered empanadas #2 I put he was picking it up. My friend said the people at the counter were confused. So today my bf ordered 3 chicken empanadas guess what we got. THREE BEEF ??♀️??♀️

ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES IN CHARLOTTE!Judge me if you want, but I have their food about once a week or every other week. It is that great of food to keep coming back week after week and never disappoints.And if you want an insane deal, come here on Tuesday for taco Tuesday and you can order the entire menu to sample all of their amazing tacos.
The food was really good, but the service was decent. They gave me the wrong order, I wanted Ice in my drink..they did not have ice.

If I'm paying over $20.00 for fries, I definitely expect them to be warm if not hot. I received 2 orders of half grilled chicken and cold fries(half done) with a scoop of guac on top. Completely unacceptable. The quesadilla was just as disappointing as it it arrived basically cold as well. It wasn't near closing so I'm unsure why nothing was actually thoroughly cooked.

Hey yall! I stopped in for lunch today. It's my 1st time eating here. I decided to order 1 chicken, 1 barbacoa empanada, and a mojito. I made a great decision. My order came out hot and fresh. The mojito tastes so refreshing, too. They also provided friendly and professional service. It's located near JW Clay Station (light rail)and convenient to other restaurants and shops near the lake. I'd recommend you try them if you haven't yet. ?
