Was trying to have a good time with my ppl
Didn’t want the hookah but it was not lit yet so we got one75$. Happy I got my receipt because it showed they charged a 20 dollar repack fee which obviously we did not get since it was the first and only one we got. This girls are not fun and have attitudes like it was dead at the moment and yall not even trying to make sure everyone good
Never came to change the coal or nothing. Terrible service for girls idk why women act gross towards other women.

The security was extremely disrespectful and the club was so dry that most of the people were walking out and asking for a refund after 30 minutes of walking in.

I would give it no stars of if I could the owners only let their ppl in and wouldn’t allow reentry to ppl who already paid it was terrible

First we get there and stand outside for 20 minutes no one came to the door and then we went through the ropes to see what was going on and they said they weren’t open! They advised they opened at 9 we got there at 10:30 and so what was the deal with that! Then they let us in and the workers are sitting in the lounge smoking hookah and acting like no one came in at all! It was about 5 of us that came in at the same time! Nobody asked if we wanted hookah or drinks! Not to mention my lady almost cut her feet open on broken glass in the parking lot and I got a flat tire from screws in the parking lot when we left! Worse anything I’ve been to in charlotte in my life!

Apart from the music, the place is absolute trash. It smell terrible in there, and they charge $20 dollars for entry when the place is empty at 11:30pm. I sat at the bar for about 10 minutes and there was no bartender so I left out of annoyance. I don’t recommend it.

First of all, I'll like to thank the management and the beautiful bartender(I didn't get her name) who returned my missing wallet. I'm very grateful to her. The place, the food, the drinks and the music is on point and I'll definitely come 👌🏾

Have more of a vip section there it's really a dance floor and seating for regular customers mostly standing thru the night if u really just come to relax and get drinks

Friday night was quiet, but Saturday drew a full crowd. You’ll have a better experience if you book a table, as the lounge is mostly furnished with sectional sofas, leaving limited space for those without one. One major downside was the condition of the venue and all the parking spots that were reserved. The sofas were covered in burn marks, which was a big letdown, and some of the tiled designs were missing pieces. Considering how much we spent, I was disappointed by the lack of upkeep and attention to detail. That said, the DJ was good on Saturday, so we still managed to enjoy ourselves.
