This is my favorite place to go on the weekends for a quick but good meal.

I love pho and this sit on the bottom of the list. Ordered the x-large bowl because I was super hungry on this particular day but was extremely dissapointed with the watered down broth. Would have rated this 1-star except I've had so so meals twice before. Wear a jacket, the place is always cold!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but the time I came here on my birthday I left no tip because our server was sitting on her phone when we asked for the check. It took almost 10 minutes for the check and one of our orders came out wrong. Then, checking my bank account I saw that she ADDED her own tip. I called them about it and they said they could not do anything about it because it was a couple days after and they could not find the receipt .

Food is mediocre. The chicken tastes really good, but noodle didn't have a special taste. Service could be better

Great food and bubnle tea, and I've never had a problem with service. The only thing is that I got a takeout box and there were little styrofoam shavings inside the box that I didn't see until I went to eat my leftovers. They got all over my food and I couldn't eat it. Please check your boxes before giving them to customers so nobody ends up eating styrofoam.

Delicious Pho, was craving for long time and the place did justice to it. I ordered vegetarian pho and love the taste definitely going back on a cold day.

Whatever y’all do, don’t order ice coffee....! Taste like a muddy water.

I agree with a previous poster, it's filthy. I was discouraged by the grime all over the glass door, but decided to give it a try anyway. After all, a "greasy spoon" can have good food. The table right in view had a huge mess from a previous diner, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the diner had just left and they didn't have time to clean it. When the hostess tried to seat us at that table, and expect me to step through someone else's scattered droppings from their last meal, that was my signal to leave. Come on folks, this is a restaurant, it should be clean and safe to eat and walk in.

I went to Saigon Bay for Sunday dinner and ordered the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio. The grilled pork was decent, but the egg roll was AWFUL. The egg roll filling tasted spoiled and it was not crispy. I think it may have been microwaved? It was not a good meal and I won't be coming back anytime soon.

First time trying Pho. The regular was a pretty large portion, very filling and very good.

So let me tell y'all about my experience at Saigon Bay last week for lunch... I went there for lunch with four of my coworkers. None of us had been there before. We were promptly greeted by our waitress, Stephanie. She was an excellent hostess throughout our meal, cracking jokes and being very efficient in accommodating our requests. One of my personal jokes from her was when she casually told me that "meat lovers" pho had dog in it. Laugh Out Loud! We each got various pho; I got the ribeye, two coworkers got the seafood, and the last two got the chicken. We all loved our food! The broth was excellent! The prices here are also the best deal in town. The regular size is ginormous! It was so much food that none of us could finish our meals. We also had an order of calamari which was very good and very fresh. The batter was really good and light. We were told while there that this restaurant is closing in March which made us sad but I'm sure we'll be back before then. The owner of this restaurant also has a restaurant on North Tryon under a different name so if the food is as good there as it is at Saigon Bay, then we're in luck. Give Stephanie a raise please! I highly recommend you go to Saigon Bay!

Good food. They even have a pan fried noodle basket dish.

We just left the restaurant. Food was good, we ordered the chicken soup and "C4". The service was nice, the server was laid back and very attentive. Liked the vibe and food.

I was completely disappointed with the service. As soon as I came in, the employees were already saying that we were likely going to walk out because the place was dirty, and they were right. The TV was on, no music and the place was dead. Then people started walking in and they finally played some music. One of the waitresses that served us was sweet and the food was decent. However, the employees there look like they are at home, wearing pajamas. The tables are dirty. There seems to be no manager. It was our first time going to a Vietnamese restaurant and I was a bit discouraged. I am almost sure this is family owned, because the girls working there do not have to answer to anyone. I hope they get it together and change their mindset. If you want to succeed and make money, you have to restructure everything.

Noodle soup is not as good as I expected. The rice dish is kind of better a little bit.
