Came here for karaoke after the other place we were going to go to was booked. While the outside looked a little shady, the inside atmosphere absolutely made up for it. The owners were super nice and the small karaoke room was only $40 per hour. It had everything we needed and was even more than we expected. We will definitely be back again!

Great food, good prices. they have a huge menu to choose from. They also do to-go and it comes out really fast! Love the atmosphere, perfect for birthdays/get togethers- even coming here solo is a great time. The owners do a great job

The food is good here. The BBH was flavorful here and the banh mi is a close second for me. The downfall here is the service! I've dined in and for a sandwich and bowl of noodles it took 2 hours from start to finish. That is ridiculous. Today, most restaurants can serve you from start to finish in an hour. The second time I ordered take out and called ahead (20 mins) and still waited another 30 mins with no customers inside the restaurant. I enjoy the food here but the extremely slow service is what really turns me away.

Cute little karaoke and food spot that stays open with THE FULL MENU until 1:30 am! The bar closes at 2 am. For those wanting late night activities- you can do karaoke in the main dining area OR your own private room in the back. Hubs and I came during the day and didnt get to enjoy any karaoke - next time! The food - oh man the food. Be warned - yes they have pho and the standard popular known Viet dishes. But that's not all! There's very eclectic menu items to try if you're an adventurous foodie like me. Check out the menus I posted. Hubs and I started with spring rolls and egg rolls. Both standard and tasty. Hubs' pho was very flavorful and rich. You can smell the aroma of toasted spices before taking a bite. Yeah, I stole some broth from him. Such a nice treat on a cold winter day. I opted for the whole fried pompano. Any time I see a whole fried fish on a menu, I feel the need to get it. I hate frying whole fish at home cause it takes weeks for the smell to disappear. Here, it's amazing! Pompano is a fatty, oily type of fish so it stays moist even after being fried a while. Their version is topped by a plethora of fried seasonings- lemongrass, shallots, garlic, ginger, etc... wow. It's amazing! The fish is served with delicious fresh vegetables and fish sauce for dipping. The traditional way of eating the fish is- or at least my version of traditional- is in a lettuce wrap. Take a piece of lettuce, load it up with fish & veggies, dip into sauce and enjoy the whole thing in ONE bite. Simply amazing. I needed some veggies with it so I also ordered a side of stir fried veggies in lemongrass/chili sauce. OMG it's simply to die for! I tried asking the chef what's in his sauce and he just smiled, knowing he got the bomb sauce recipe that's kept secret. Well at least I know the main ingredients- lemongrass and chili lol Not only is the food great but so are the owners. This place is run by a husband/wife team. Wife is up front and Hubbie is the chef in the back. The chef came out to personally check up on us and every other table too. The owners truly appreciate their customers and make it a point to thank everyone for their support. How could you NOT support such a wonderful local family? On our way out, I saw other dishes being served to other tables and there's such an eclectic variety - frog legs, apple snails, clams, abalone... too many to name. I'll have to come back and try those other dishes!
Went back to SN for lunch today. Had the BBH. 9.5 /10! So good and satisfying. They did not skimp on meats. Vegetables were fresh. Did not need to add any other sauces. Ordered a few other dishes Togo. 30% off lunch. Can't beat it. Had to upgrade my review to 5. Y'all need to try this place.

Went there last week at lunch. Menu contains the usual suspects. Chatted to the owners while food was prepared and they clearly love their craft. Had the house fried rice and pork bahn mi. The house fried rice was generous on the meats / veg, and seasoned well. The bahn mi is probably one of the best I've had in the city (the egg was a surprise). I wanted something a little more permanent to remember that day, so was a little disappointed at the lack of a gift shop. Their karaoke stage would make an excellent location for a gift shop!

Pretty good pho, but not yet ready to give another star. I've been there during the day and the staff is great, but also had a great pho (perfectly tasty, hot, balanced), and a not good pho (bland, tough pho tai, not so well brewed broth). I do love the location as Albemarle road needs better food on this strip of road. Give them a shot. Solid number 3-5 range in Pho Charlotte spots
