Love Sal's. I'm from NY, and this is just as good, if not better than pizza I've had at home on Long Island. Also-their baked ziti and penne a la vodka are incredible. I work near the Monroe location, but also go to the Park Rd. location. Enjoy them both!

went before 9 pm on Saturday and they only had two half pizzas available for slices. ask if they had more coming and they said no that was it. Disappointed that they weren't allowing slices on a Saturday .

After supporting your business since you opened I’ve been disappointed too many times to continue to do so.
But here’s the nail in the coffin. I ordered delivery at 7:29pm. Then 8-minutes later someone calls from their cell phone leaving a voicemail that they are out of GF crusts. I didn’t answer because it’s some random phone number not the one I saved in my phone for the last few years as “Sal’s Pizza Factory.”
I call the number back no one answers and I don’t think anything of it because it’s some random number.
We call the store back and the girl says that the delivery is on the way. 30 more minutes go by. Nothing….
We call again and that’s when they tell us about the voicemail from (704) 919-1608. I didn’t notice it. Why would you call from some random phone number? Every time your order sucks call that number. They probably won’t apologize.
Poor recovery, no apology, and they charge way too much anyway. I’m done with them and I recommend my large family who all has families of their own is too. Your customer service sucks and the quality isn’t the same. We’ve been huge supporters but time and time again you’ve disappointed the last few months.
I don’t want anything other than my old go to pizza joint back. Damage is done. We ordered dominos. At least I know it’ll come within 2-hours.

Used to order pizza from here all the time. Ordered tonight and they let the delivery go for over the 45 mins delivery, we called and the phone girl said our order was in route. Another 30 mins go by (now 2 hours) and the new phone person said that they didn’t have part of our order and did we want a refund????? Bad service and will not be ordering here anymore.

It was edible, I ordered plain pizza nothing to brag over. I wouldn't order again I much rather eat Levantes Pizza on park road. I'll even take Hawthorne's pizza over this.

Ordered BBQ chicken pizza and Hawaiian pizza for hotel delivery. Pizza was very good and larger than advertised (thus also a good value). Would order again. All six fed were very pleased.
First things first I want to apologize to the staff here because I was here yesterday and got a little cranky and a bit rude over something that was entirely the Slice apps fault and not Sal's. Sorry about that. You all are great!The pizza here is just absolutely fantastic, the service is always great, the food never takes long unless I order on the busiest day of the year like a ?. Seriously, I think this is the best pizza in Charlotte.Expect them to be busy on super bowl Sunday and don't get cranky about it like i did because that's dumb.

Expensive and the ladies at the counter in here putting cold pepperonis on fresh cheese pizza with there bare hands and no lie she did it, had pepperoni grease all over her fingers and went to the next task without washing her hands.
