I found them randomly on google looking for something light and fresh to eat…and let’s just say I’m glad I found them!
It was my first time there and they greeted me, gave me the run down of how it ask worked, was able to sample the proteins, and figure out what o wanted!
The food is fresh, very cool protein selections…and yummy, I enjoyed every bite and excited to go back and treat myself again!

Service was a 10/10!!! Went here yesterday for the first time with my partner. The staff were extremely friendly and patient explaining everything to us, they were so nice to even let us sample a few items.
Food & Drinks were 10/10!!! The food was amazing!!! The ingredients were very high quality. The same can be said for the chicken tortilla soup and the delicious lemonades!!!

David needs to learn how to manage his stress better. His uniform is different so I assume he's management. I saw him start shouting at someone after they asked him a question. When I looked to the other employees they avoided looking at him, so he clearly does this to them as well. Very disappointing values at salata.

This evening I was serviced by Aspen and her manager Shayla. Before I was served there was a larger group of people in line first. I was impressed at the two’s teamwork and how they tagged team the larger parties order while giving them attentiveness, informing them about the products/ingredients all while having the warmest tone and pleasant smiles. They quickly finished up with them and greeted me and gave me the same wonderful hospitality. The combination of a healthy delicious dinner and such wonderful acts of service definitely left a memorable moment and I’ll be back for sure very soon.

Idk how this has a 4.8. I guess you can believe anything. I paid $22 for a SALAD then ended up puking my guts up later that night. Never again.
UPDATE: few days later now it’s coming out of the other end, like toxic water. Never in my life! The worst part about it is you know how you can kinda tell when you’re eating a salad that it’s not good? Ugh why don’t I listen to that inner voice. At least $22 salad found a way to last for a few days.
This started Thursday the 2nd, cut to 2am Sunday morning and still erupting from both ends constantly and it’s got green or dark brown leafy bits in bile or something I should have never eaten that brownish slimy avocado. Stomach and guts constantly sounds like Donald the duck. Ugh never ever again.
I love their salads, delicious and very filling. I wish they’d add more locations.

This is a modern salad made to order place. There's a line you go through and either get a pre conducted salad or tell them what you'd like. Having been to a number of places like this I was ready. The ingredients were fresh and the quality was definitely above. In particular the proteins we're cooked better and seemed to be of higher quality. It's not cheap but comparatively worth it IMHO. Oh and get the pita chips. The dining area at this location is a little small and not formal but there's outdoor seating. Recommend.
