My husband dragged me here and I thought why bring me way across town for a salad? Man oh man was I pleasantly surprised! The selections were fresh, multiple options and combinations were endless. It was one of THE BEST salads I ever had! We definitely need one in the Lawrenceville area. :)

Today felt like a fresh ingredient day for me. I decided to grab a salad for lunch instead of the soup I brought from home. I think of Salata as a Chipotle or Subway but for salads. There is an assembly line of teammates preparing your salad in front of you with a variety of leafy greens, protein, toppings, and salad dressings. I ordered the Salata mix with marinated chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and chickpeas, with a splash of sun dried tomato vinaigrette. There are vegan options, vegetarian options, and a variety it wraps you can chose from should you decide to turn your salad into a wrap instead. I skipped the bread option and enjoyed my lunch.

The owner is always so gracious and wonderful to all who walks in. Will great you the second you walk in and I noticed he is always helping the workers. The employees were also wonderful to speak to and patient. I’ve been coming here since 2021, I moved here from up north, and nothing has changed. I received high quality customer service experience and food since day 1 !!! 10/10! A 25 min ride worth while.
