We just had the worst experience at Salata. It started right when we entered the door to a completely wet floor with no signs 40 minutes before they were closing. The lettuce was almost complete empty, and the worker did not replace it even when I asked. But the worst part happened when my daughter ate a hard piece of plastic that was in her salad. After she thankfully spit out the sharp plastic piece, I took it to the manager. It turns out that he was a “shift manager,” and he (Daniel) was completely clueless. He was stunned when I showed him the plastic and honestly had no clue what to say or do. All he said was “we’ll make note of that. It probably came from a container.” There was no apology, no question asking if my daughter was okay, and no offer to do anything to try to help the situation. It’s sad because we like Salata, but we won’t ever be returning. My daughter could have choked on the hard plastic or cut her throat or esophagus. Daniel could’ve cared less. Very bad customer service and quality control. Choose wisely before you go to Salata at Rea Farms.

I had a fantastic experience at Salata thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by a gentleman named Keeton. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and willingness to accommodate special requests made my visit truly memorable. It's rare to come across someone so committed to excellent service — Keeton is a true asset to the team. I'll definitely be back, and I hope more businesses follow his example!

It was so good!! Everyone was super nice and helpful, there is a large selection of fresh items to add to your salad or wrap.

It was a little hard to find using Google maps - you'll want to be on the side with the Harris Teeter parking lot. We ended up calling for directions and the gentleman we spoke with was super helpful

The salads are tasty but consistency is a problem. Sometimes I’m missing toppings, other times they give a light sprinkle of toppings and sometimes the salads are quite light. Feels like even though I’m ordering the largest size, I’m given an amount that would fill the smallest size.

Also didn’t appreciate my last visit. I ordered two salads with similar toppings, except one had no eggs and I wanted jalapeños on it. I got more eggs than normal, the jalapeños weren’t there, but I got a hair in its place. I threw it out. Didn’t have the time to grab anything else so my husband and I split a salad for lunch.

Clean interior. Offers kid menu, booster seats and high chairs. Also has outdoor seating, and a hightop seating spot with plugs for phone and laptop charging. Service was good, ingredients I chose were fresh, and the regular salad size was larger than expected. The salmon I chose for protein, although chilled, had not been overcooked, which is uncommon for fast food outlets. The multigrain croissant I ordered was good and fresh, though not warm. I arrived after 12:30 and the location was quiet, only one other couple dining, but within a half hour 11 other customers were dining, plus some pick-up customers to go.

I LOVE a good salad and Salata has the best! I stumbled on this restaurant in Florida and was over the moon when one opened in the Charlotte area (now three are open). There are so many options and fresh veggies with just as many protein options.

The only downfall is one night my wife and I were walking towards the front door about 10 minutes before closing. Every time i go it usually only take about five minutes to get my salad and go. However, the body language of the ENTIRE staff when they saw me and my wife walking towards the door was very discouraging. There was no customers in the restaurant so I "assume" they were starting to clean and hoping to get out. The looks were so bad and the stare was so intense my wife and I turned around and went elsewhere.

The above was the only bad/ neutral experience I've had after many times of visiting.

Lastly, The small is big and the large is giant. I can make a large last two meals.

I have gotten salads from Salata twice now and both times my feedback is the same- the salad is like 85% lettuce and just a little of each topping. I like the variety of topping/protein options and it tastes fresh, but I prefer salads with a lot more toppings because I felt like I was eating a big bowl of lettuce. I did pickup orders both times so I cannot comment on service, the restaurant was nice inside though! I generally get Chopt where you're getting wayyy more of the toppings so I will probably stick with that.

I recently visited the Salata in Charlotte, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! Keaton took excellent care of us from the moment we walked in, making sure every detail of our salads was perfect. The level of care and attention to detail was truly exceptional.

Keaton was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu, and he customized our salads to perfection. It was clear he really cared about our experience and making sure we enjoyed every bite. The ingredients were fresh, the options were endless, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was so inviting.

If you're in Charlotte and craving a fresh, delicious salad, Salata is the place to go. And be sure to ask for Keaton—he'll make sure you leave with the best salad you've ever had!

Didn’t know this place was here until recently. They do a great create your own salad with many fresh topping options. The service was quick and friendly. Really enjoyed the dressings too. My sister also is a fan of the chicken tortilla soup. Loved my salad and will definitely be back!

We were in the area and decided to eat here. We were welcomed as we walked inside! Being that it was our first time, Keaton took very good care of us and answered our questions as we went down the line. He was very friendly and helpful! We were very surprised that the toppings were unlimited! We also were able to sample some items to make sure that we liked it! All of the produce, toppings, protein, sauces and so much more looked very fresh!! Going down the line the areas were very clean!!! No spills, or mess!! We had build your own salads. We checked out with Kayin who was very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely signing up to earn points. You can tell that the staff enjoy working there! Wish there was Salata in or near Winston-Salem! Looking forward to coming back again!
