Got a bowl and it was dry. The meat had been sitting out for a while. And the rice was hard as if it was sitting out for a couple of hours. If you are going to charge me 20$ for my bowl make sure the food it set to the price standard. The price of the food compared to what I got was not good. They charge you extra to give you a normal amount of compared to rice. Safe to say I won’t be back and highly suggest others not to waste your time.

Just had the worse experience. Salsarita’s in Steele creek was closed so I stopped by this one while on my way to work. Ordered a meal for me and a coworker who had also been craving this restaurant for a while. We got 2 separate orders. On 3/8 around 2:45p. There was an African American server with the WORST attitude, I was too annoyed to get her name. I asked for a few small flour tortillas (on the side) to go with my taco bowl and she refused to sell them. She said I can only purchase an extra burrito wrap which is HUGE. Had to wait for guacamole to be made and it was the worst ever. Not a bit of salt or flavor to it. The entire meal was cold, had no flavor and was so disappointing. I wish I had just went to Taco Bell or something. That probably would’ve been better. I’ll never go to this location again.

The food was pretty good, not impressed with the portion size. Feel like they can give a little more, especially for the price. Employees look upset like they don't want to be there. I was not greeted in any way or was thanked for coming in. Improve on the service is all I have to say.

I was in this establishment on Saturday afternoon and ordered 3 meals. I paid in up charge for veggies which there shouldn't even be an up charge. I received about 5 veggies. She put a small amount of chicken in the middle of my salad shell. I asked how much it would be for more. She said $2 and change. I got a sprinkle of cheese I declined because I paid for 5 pieces of veggie. I will have to return to Chipotle they don't charge for veggies and they give enough protein. My suggestion is give the customer the amount that you would want if you were a customer. It wasnt worth over the $40 that was spent.

Normally I have a pleasant experience but today the lady that served us was not suited to be dealing with customers. She didn’t say hello, I asked for nacho cheese. Her response was we don’t have that. Instead of I’m sorry we don’t offer that. I’ve always felt that if you do not like your position it will show. And when I tell you she needs to seek employment elsewhere!! The male cook was friendly but unfortunately her attitude reflects on the staff. I will not allow her to serve me ever again. If this means I’ll go somewhere if she’s at work, so be it!!!

Had an absolute horrible experience with this place. I’m a university student and our starship bots believe us food from here. So what do I do? I order some tacos and a pepsi because I’m hungry. The total ends up $15, and I made sure to check the menu multiple times to make sure I’m ordering what I need. The tacos just say it’s two tacos for $9 so I assumed I would get enough to eat.
Well, I didn’t even get a whole darn taco from that order. For one, I just got two empty, barely cooked tortillas. Ok, well did I at least get my drink? No, because the Pepsi came opened and looked like someone already took a sip from it. I’m not one to crap on food service workers because I worked a crappy job too and had to deal with Karen’s a lot, but this is some next level bs.
If I could give this place a 0/10 I would.

I used to come here a lot, at the end of 2023 I got an email that stated I ranked as the third customer from a loyalty perspective. Place is so slow now. Intent of ordering online is to not wait in store 20 mins extra after stated pick up time. Four people working and there is mass confusion. Time to start going back to Chipotle since their CEO left and the burritos are getting back to normal size.
