Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

For the first time, I used Salsarita's catering for a lunch for my teachers. I worked with Jada from this location and she was really amazing. We spoke on the phone several times before the day of delivery and went over everything. She came to the place I was catering, delivered the food, helped me with the set up and was just SO kind.

I was impressed with the Taco Salad Bar catered food. Every teacher got an individual taco salad bowl and we did the chicken and ground beef. I did add on extras (guac, cheese dip, the grilled veggies and extra chips and salsa) I am glad I did, because it was plenty of food.

The catered food came with burners to keep everything hot and Jada helped me set these up.

I was impressed with Jada's professionalism, but more importantly how kind she was.

**You cannot go wrong, order your next BIG lunch/dinner, catered by this location! I will definitely be doing this again. Great job Park Road Location. And ask for Jada if you are catering a meal!

Salsaritas is my family favorite; however, this particular restaurant was significantly lacking in all areas. My daughter ordered a taco salad and the hamburger meat was full of gooey orange grease chunks. The queso was burnt as well the chicken. We were traveling out of town and this was no comparison to our local Salsaritas.

The service was great. I had ordered catering and the order was ready and hot. It had been prepared on time. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had.
The food was delicious and packaged to keep hot things hot and cold things cold.
I will definitely come back.

Very casual burrito spot. Burritos were pretty good. Not quite the freshness of other chains. They did have mild salsa that was really mild, which was appreciated. Felt like it could be a little cleaner, but maybe its just age.

Recently visited this location and the customer service was poor or should I say non existent I understand it was about 15 minutes before your closing time but not one person working there acknowledged me in the restaurant nor said one word. They kept working like no customer was in front of them. So clearly there is improvement needed in the area of customer service. Also one person looked agitated the moment they seen me enter the store. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Bought two stake bowls paid $34.26. orders had brown rice that was super hard like it was uncooked. Called and spoke ro Tae (manager) and the only option she gave me was to go back so my order can be remade. They don't give refunds. Who wants to drive back after getting home and get food from a restaurant that makes food like this. Don't mind the fact that we got it on the way home and we would have to drive about 15 min each way. Manager was very rude said rice was not uncooked but maybe overcooked. I asked for the corporate number and she said I could look it up.
