Salsa's Mexican Grille

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Charlotte. I order takeout from here several times a month, and it always tastes amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive—special shoutout to Joaquin for always providing great service. The salsa is excellent, and the location in Ayrsley Town Center is super convenient. Highly recommend!

Came across this place while my son was at his therapy appointment. The birria fries were absolutely delicious, with the birria being extremely juicy. I hate dry birria! Service was great, basic chips and salsa was banging too. Haven’t had any drinks yet but I’ll be back for sure.

Went for the first time for dinner, and the staff was so friendly. Food came out quickly and tasted fantastic. We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area!

Very disturbing the way you are watched while eating on the patio.

I wish I could give them higher marks than 5 stars. Their food takes me back to south TX. Simply the best. And the people are absolutely beautiful!! So friendly!! If you like spicy salsa, ask for it. Their spicier salsa is over the top!!!!

My husband and I love this place. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in town and we’ve been coming for years. The food comes fast and it’s really good. We also like that all their staff is Hispanic and very friendly. My husband’s favorite dish is pollo con queso and mine is Quesobirrias. Very recommended!

I had lunch for the first time at Salsa's Mexican Grille in Ayrsley. I usually get tacos or a burrito when I am at a Mexican restaurant, so I tried something new. I had the Salsa's Camarones, which is jumbo grilled shrimp on a bed of rice with vegetables and a Mexican cucumber salad. It was delicious.

I have been coming here for years and usually get the same thing for lunch...chicken and steak lunch fajita. Today I was told I could no longer order that l. I was that had to get the dinner version. I always paid extra for the up charge for steak. I don't see why today was any difference. Poor service
