Okay so the customer service is definitely great, awesome manager very friendly. But, it kinda looks messy. They need to change their aprons before serving people. Once i have seen a lady coming from the back covered in dish soap helping someone out. Also, very greasy spaghetti.

Shaun and Myia are fabulous! This is by far the best sbarro I have ever been to [owning a trucking company, I have tried many different locations). A large 17" pizza with one topping is $17,95 and they don't skimp on the toppings! They also offer free soda refills. I definitely recommend stopping here.
I was standing at the counter several minutes, waiting on the server to take my order. The server took the order of a random family that cut in front of me. The server finally took my order, then let it get smashed. Another server threw it in the trash.

The customer service was great and they were very nice. They help me with everything I needed. The pizza was good, the only issue was the tomato sauce. There was just too much of it and everything fell off unfortunately due to the pizza getting soggy.

Came to Northlake Mall Charlotte Sbarro at 7:20 pm and they said they are not making anymore whole pies. And all the slices left are extremely old looking. If it was my business I would be making whole pies till closing. Money is business. These lazy and rude employees are ridiculous. How can you have them running this place.

Unprofessional and lazy staff. Poor customer service. I ordered online and they didn’t even notice the order until I pulled up to the store to pick it up. I had to tell them about the order before the looked it up on their tablet. And when I brought the issue up, the guy there literally canceled my order, what a disrespectful man!! Needs to be fired!!
