Why bother having tofu on the menu if there is fish sauce in it and the vegetarians/vegans can’t eat it? Nearly all of the sides have fish sauce in them too. The meat eaters don’t want tofu. It’s also not clearly labeled on the menu and we had to ask several staff members to understand what was vegetarian (just the broccoli and rice). Fish sauce is an easy replacement there are many vegan versions that nobody would be able to tell the difference. Please consider making the tofu vegetarian/vegan.

This place is definitely a good place for Korean food. A little on the pricey side but worth it. The wings were large and crunchy. The brisket was perfectly cooked and flavorful. They even have ramen Mac and cheese which was very unique to say the least. Drinks were good too. Overall a great place to hangout and go on a date.

The manager refused to swap my side after i took one bite and it was absolutely disgusting. She said i would have to pay for a whole nother $6 for something else. This was my first time here and overall a bad experience. None of the employees are welcoming. An absolute waste of money.

We had a birthday and did karaoke, we enjoyed our first room then upgraded to a bigger one. One person WAS CHARGED for the upgrade. As we were leaving (literally outside of the establishment) the worker let us know the card for the upgraded room declined. We gave her another form of payment and left. TWO people were charged for the upgraded room- we called to let them know & they said it would be refunded. That was 3/2. It’s been almost two weeks and there has yet to be a refund. We visited the establishment on 2/24- Karaoke was great but customer service is not there. They have two locations and the East 26th Street one is lacking major.

Everyone needs to know that they now have the super rare Killer Queen arcade game. I don’t care if they served cold eggs, I’d still give the location a 5 star for having this masterpiece of a game!

We spent my moms 60th birthday here last weekend and unfortunately it was kind of a disappointment. The service was absolutely terrible- people were waiting 45 minutes in line for drinks and there really was hardly any service to the room. It seemed like no one was in charge. We were charged for drinks that we never even got and some of our drinks were even left on a tray in the common space instead of handing them to who ordered them. The other disappointing piece was that the karaoke sound kept going in and out. The mics would randomly shut off and the volume in the room would cut out on one side. Not to mention half of the time the volume was so low you couldn't even hear the music. when contacting the workers to help they were unable to provide a resolution. We made the most of it but I would never recommend anyone to this location. I was embarrassed to have put the party guests through that experience.
