Worst service ever, 28 minutes to get an order wrong. Can’t even return it because of time and flight. Nothing on my burger. Don’t do it unless no one is in line!

I don’t understand the overwhelmingly bad reviews. I came here on Christmas day and the plaza was packed. The staff was kind and my order came out quickly. My double shackburger was juicy and delicious. The quality of the service and the food is comparable to other Shake Shack locations despite being located in an airport. Prices also have the usual airport upcharge.

I ordered a hot dog and a shake, the lady at the register repeated my order to me and said hot dog yet I was not charged for a hot dog so I could not get the hot dog I had ordered. I waited for a good 30-45 minutes and went to the counter and I was told I would have to reorder my hotdog???? Yes I get I did not pay for it but if you are going to repeat back an order word for word but not make sure the customer gets their order you need to do better.

Ridiculous prices. Double what they charge on the outside. Please go out of business and get replaced with something that doesn't suck as much.

Pricey low quality and very small portions. Think happy meal portions....a very small burger and a handful of fries for $25🧛🧛🧛 My bun had a bite out of it!

Wish I could leave negative stars. Cheese and bacon fries came out as plain fries with tiny cup of cold cheese that wouldn’t even pour on the fries, and a sad amount of bacon in a tiny cup. My husband went back to ask them to remake them with the cheese and bacon on top, the associate was very rude and chucked the fries we gave back into the trash with an attitude. He then gave us fries but with more cheese ON THE SIDE again. How hard is it to put cheese and bacon on the fries instead of a cup? I also paid for shack sauce and did not get that but did not feel like going back again. While this is going on, another employee from this shake shack was extreme rude to me in the bathroom, telling me to not go into the stall she came out of because she wasn’t done even though I was going to the one next to it. Usually love shake shack. Not anymore.

Location ran out of regular buns. Forced you to pay the upcharge for the gluten-free one which was the only available option.

Don’t waste your money! It cost $15 for a terribly burnt burger barely the size of a $1.99 McDouble. The bottom bun was literally cut in half so I was holding the meat. Fries are like $5 extra no combo meals. Shakes are $8+. Terrible business model with terrible food.

The staff were lazy and taking very loud amongst themselves while guests were asking for condiments and napkins to be refilled at the self-serve station.

I was there at Charlotte airport on afternoon of 11/19. I ordered burger and fries at the airport. 45 minutes later.. diarrhea and nausea. Definitely food poisoning from there… last time eating there!!!

Pathetic customer service I ever received. Placed an order and waited well over 20 mins without a word. Kept seeing people after me receiving their orders. When I went up and asked if I could get an update on my order the lady giving out orders simply turned around and walked away. As my flight was about to be announced I left without getting my order.

They don’t have the non dairy shake options here. If you’re vegan or can’t have dairy, you can only get the veggie burger but without cheese AND the shake sauce. I couldn’t eat what I ordered.

The employees were friendly and the food was good. My first order took about 10 min, the second was quicker. It is loud in the atrium, but no one seemed to have trouble picking up their order. Would recommend.
