Ran out of shakes!! Otherwise it is fine.
Lack of customer service and respect, work places are not a place for gossip

The food itself was decent, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was awful. Prices are high (even for an airport) at $20 for a burger, fries, and a water. When I entered the queue there were roughly 10 people in front of me, but it still took nearly 20 minutes to get to the registers.
When I finally got to the register, the employee entered my order wrong and then had to wait for a manager to void it out. I stood there for about 15 minutes while the employee kept calling for the manager, and she eventually moved to a different register to help other people, leaving me standing there waiting while everyone else had their orders taken. When the manager did finally void the incorrect order, she didn't even acknowledge me, just acted annoyed and yelled at the employee that had entered the order wrong. I didn't expect a comped order, a discount, or anything of the sort, but an acknowledgement and an apology for the wait is the bare minimum.
On top of that, the employees in general weren’t friendly and didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. Definitely not the worst service I’ve ever had, but it’s up there near the top.

I am so frustrated. The rude baldheaded lady with the short nppy dreadlocks really destroyed my shake shack experience. I came there to order some cheese fries and she gave me cold fries and my cheese sauce was less that half way full. So I asked for more cheese sauce and she tried to charge me for another sauce. But when I tried to pay with cash she refused and said card only. . Poor customer service. Poor quality of food . And negative experience. She should be fired

I was really looking forward to food from this chain bc I'd heard so much about it..... but to me it was pretty blah. The lady taking our order missed my burger so they did give me one at no charge... but while it was good, it really was just another cheeseburger. I probably won't try them again.

8/23/2025: Dropped it down a star as the burger was skimpy and didn’t taste fresh. The fries weren’t made fresh. Other Shake Shacks I’ve been to the fries are fresh. Happy they offer a military discount.
Feb 2025 (Original Stars: 4 across the board): Love to go here for the burgers, whether at home or on travel. Glad to always eat here.

If you are looking for overpriced and poorly cooked hamburgers, this is your spot. The size of the hamburgers are sliders, and the edges are very rough. One single patty is $8.99, fries are $4.99, and a 20 oz bottle of coke is $4.99. Our bill was over $30. Service was fast, considering the long line waiting for food ordered.
My advice, skip this one...

The staff there are absolutely rude and unprofessional and act quite entitled. Have been to Shake Shacks all over the world and never experienced this bad of attitude and service. If I were Shake Shack executive team I would either close it down, press reset or do some serious firing of an employee extremely evident toxic culture.

I understand this is an airport location, but charging over $20 for a burger (which was very tasty) and a bottle of Coke? I wanted a strawberry lemonade, but they said all they had were bottled drinks (both lemonade machines in view were full) and beer and wine. And the burgers don't come with fries. So the burger is $14. Also, no smiles. Actually the lady taking my order was irritated at best and kinda rude. On top of all that, the only shake available was the Red-eye, which is coffee flavored, and I don't like coffee. How can you call it Shake Shack with no shakes? This was my first encounter with Shake Shack, and will be the last!

The “Shake Shack” shuts off its shake machines at least two hours before closing. Or at least that’s what I was told when I tried ordering at 8:00p.

Took almost an hour after ordering to get a hamburger and fries. The burger was the worst I've ever had at a Shake Shack. The prices were inflated. Shack sauce an extra dollar....chincy. If your in the airport, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Good but overpriced. There should be meal options instead of buying individual items. I spend about $30 for a burger, 2 fries, and a bottle of water.
