My burger was delicious.

Parking: Didn't like the parking....at all.

Food is always great, fast and fresh. Zack was kind and welcoming and made us feel comfortable eating there even though closing time was soon!

We have been to this location many times. Today was exceptional!!
The food was delicious. Everything was so clean and most importantly, every employee that we saw working was attentive and very friendly! Our family and out-of-town guest will look forward to returning soon!

This place used to be good. Service has just declined and quality of the food is just not the same. Maybe it's new management, new staff, but I miss the old shake shack.

The meat was fresh however lacked flavor. The shack sauce also no flavor. Missing the wow factor. Your truffle sauce also was blah. random freezer crinkle fries. Five guys wins every time. The taste of their meat alone and the natural cut fries with seasoning. We tried shake shack will not return. Overall missing the WOW factor.

Portobello Mushroom Burger is delicious! The food was great. The location is in a busy area, with a lot of foot trafficand very limited parking!

Burger and fries for $20+ doesn't seem right. Especially when they forget your fries. I say this sincerely but the food itself tasted of mediocrity.

Came for the chicken sandwich Sunday promo. Sandwich was great it's very similar to Popeyes chicken sandwich both of which are miles better than chick fl a. But anyway good service good food. Stingy with the truffle fries, follow five guys lead on the fries please I'm already paying $30 for the food.lol.

The best place with burgers that i have ever eaten at. This is like 10th time we come here and just eat until no breath could be done. The food and recipes are the best, sauce and shakes the best, unfortunately the spicy seasoning was out of list .
Over all Shake Shak is the best place to eat, with so friendly employees.

I went here earlier this year, loved it! Returned today and I didn’t like what I got . They are purposefully cutting portions.. It was $40 worth of food and I might as well have gone to McDonald’s if I knew they were going to serve such atlesst McDonalds throws fries in and then some
Chicken bites were terribly salty and disappointing

Zachary was alot of help. I never ate here before and he made it easy for me to pick out the best burger. Super friendly and filled with energy. Thank you for the easy order and great atmosphere

Waited half an hour before asking where our food was(I think it was never prepared), they didn’t have it and we were told we could get a refund. The text system said our food was ready about 10 minutes before we even went in to ask. Idk if it was just SUPER busy, but very disappointed and very hungry…might not matter to the staff, but we definitely won’t be back :/
