Overall the food is good, but a little pricy. The staff are nice and helpful. It is sometimes a little dirty, it is hard to find a clean table to eat at.
Vegetarian options: They do have options for burgers but that is it. They have the shroom burger or you can get a veggie patty.
Parking: Whenever Blakeny is busy, parking can be hard to find.

I’m giving a zero rating because I ordered two Shroom Burgers and one Veggie Shack, and all the buns were ice-cold. When I brought it up to the representative at the counter, they showed no concern and simply asked if I wanted them to do something instead of proactively offering a solution, as other fast-food places would. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible.

I like the classic burger a lot. It's close to In-N-Out. The truffle burger was a disappointment. It's always kind of cold in there throughout the winter. Lastly, asking for a tip when I have to input the order at the kiosk is ridiculous.

Food was consistent for the chain. Restaurant was filthy, though, bathroom obviously not cleaned in days and paper towels overflowing the trashcan onto the floor. Obviously, poorly managed and attention to detail is lacking

Hint: the customer is always right. If the customer wants their burger cut in half, then do it. Yes, it may be against the rules, but pretty sure that's not going to bankrupt you. At the very least, say why you can't.that's still lame, but just telling me "no" is ridciulous. Btw, the plastic knife you recommended broke.... Also - the food is way overpriced.

The Shake Shack at Blakeney is very clean, and the casher was ready to take orders if the kiosk was full with people waiting to order. The burger 🍔 was dry, so smoothed it with ketchup. But the crinkle fries 🍟 were amazing! If you go there, leave the burger for another day and order the fries with a shake.

I had very high hopes for this place after seeing the amount of compliments people gave it. That had to be one of the most flavorless burgers I've ever eaten. It legitimately tasted like there was no salt or pepper. I'm not going to judge too harshly as it might have been off or bad day for the employees, but that was a very underwhelming experience.
