I have came here many times, and every single time, the burgers were amazing. The patties are soft and melt in your mouth, the buns are buttery, and the toppings are very tasty. 100% recommend

Cockroaches!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Everything is extremely visibly filthy. Trash on every table, floor covered in trash and food. There were cockroaches running across the condiments counter and the floor under tables. I got a refund and left as quickly as possible. 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

Overall, unpleasant experience. There wasn't anyone at the counter, so I was forced to order an overpriced burger and fries at the glitchy kiosk. I thought $10 was a lot for only a burger (no drink or fries included), but I figured a good burger is worth it, right? Nope! It took over 15 minutes to get my burger, only for it to be raw on the inside, topped with wilted lettuce, and sauce I asked to be removed. For a patty less than a quarter inch thick, its impressive how raw it was in conjunction with how incredibly long it took. Keep in mind, there was also only 1 other person in the restaurant. Left hungry with a resolve to never go back here.

Strawberry shake was just what I wanted, smooth and drinkable through a straw. The chicken sandwich was crispy and tender. The crinkle cut fries are perfect. But, there is nothing that resembles service. You order from a kiosk, take a number and someone brings it to your table. You pour your own drink, gather napkins and condiments and clear your own table. The three items we got cost over $22 without tip. The overall experience is definitely not worth the cost.

Came to this location around 4pm on a Saturday. Not very busy, ordered 2 burgers and a parmesan garlic fries. Burgers like usual were amazing! So much flavor and texture. The fries were plain and I was a little disappointed. Also ordered their Mango passion fruit boba and it was a little sour and bitter and had almost a chemical taste.
