We used the app twice in last week and they messed up the order. One time they had chicken vs burgers and second time simply missed two burgers. Haven’t had problem before and didn’t realize until already home >20 min later. Frustrating mindless servers.

$10 in cold fries. $9 cold chicken sandwich (couldn’t even pretend to melt the cheese I added). Terrible attitudes from employees who couldn’t care less about anything. Didn’t feel comfortable taking back cold food due to the rude employees. Love Shake Shack, but won’t ever be back to this location.

I enjoy their mushroom burger here as it’s a solid, delicious option here. It’s a deep fried mushroom sandwiched between bread but it is good and flavorful.
However, I wish they offered more toppings and a variety of burgers, including an Impossible Burger and a Black Bean Burger, to give vegetarians and vegans more variety. Despite these minor complaints, the food here is always fresh and delicious.
The customer service is meh, they seem like they enjoy when you use the kiosks to order your food, rather than speak to them.

The burger was fantastic, but the fries were just okay. would go back again, but it's worth noting there appeared to be some kind of mold or growth on the ceiling vents.

I tried the Carolina BBQ at Shake Shack and it was amazing! The flavors were bold, and the fried pickles really set it off with the perfect crunch. I also loved the spicy kick—it was just right, not overwhelming but definitely noticeable.
The ordering process was all through the touch pad, and while the food came out quickly and was exactly what I wanted, there wasn’t much in the way of customer service. Someone simply brought the food to the table.
Overall, the food itself was excellent and worth the stop if you’re craving a flavorful burger with a Carolina twist.
