Went here with my wife and kids two days agoThe food was okay but what I didn't like was over hearing one of there workers referring to another person as a "colored person" this threw me and my wife off for a minuteWe asked the young lady what her name was and she said Aubrey not sure if I spelled it correctly but definitely think you all should take a look into this matter.

Shake Shack never misses. This location in particular always puts out great food and great service in a timely manner.

Food is not good for what you pay for. My burger was so small. The chicken sandwich had a funky sauce on it. The service was very slow. The cheese fries are the best thing they have.

Food is a but expensive for what you get. My hamburger was smaller then a McDonald's. My daughter didnt like her chicken sandwich it had a nasty sauce on it. Service was very slow and its wasn't bust at all, maybe 4 tables. The cheese fries were the best thing we had.

Food is good but the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone through the roof. As a saying goes, "the juice ain't worth the squeeze!" Many other places in town with comparable product at much better value.
I would give it good stars if the lady who handle my good didn't slam it in mine and my mother face and walk off without any words. I was just trying to take my mom to eat some good sandwhich, which I heard this place is good, and yet we face with the issue of a horrible service ?. I don't know if she wad having a bad day or what but last time I check, I didn't do anything to hear. Breaks my heart and right in front of my mother too. It happen on 03/04/2024 at 1:12pm and it was supposed to be a beautiful day too... and I tip as well what a waste
