Shane's Rib Shack

At this location, my orders have been rec'd timely, tasty and was wrapped well to stay hot for the ride home.
I was greeted when entering and treated courteously.
I order the pulled pork sandwich with creamy coleslaw for takeout. The texas toast was toasted with butter and a good blend with the tender pulled pork. The portion of each was fill8ng and just right for early dinner. No sauces ordered or needed.

Dry, almost inedible chicken. We ordered two different chicken selections, a chopped chicken plate, and a chicken tender plate. They were both so dry that they bordered on being inedible.
The decor is supposed to look rustic, but instead it looks tired, old, and dirty even though this is in a reasonably new building.
This was our first time going here and we will not be going back.

The peach cobbler is amazing! The green beans were not fresh to me so didn't like them the mac and cheese was really good and the chopped chicken with the bread was great, chicken alone was just ok. The service was freaky good and it's nice on the inside.

Everytime we go to Charlotte we always have to stop here for takeout. It's ALWAYS delicious, and they never forget anything from the order no matter how large the order is. This place needs to be one of the top choices for everyone in Charlotte NC, and the word needs to be spread. Would give 6 stars if I could.

The star was for the ribs. I ordered the sampler and the ribs were the only thing that had any flavor. Everything else was extremely bland! I'm not sure why, the food quality and taste is not what it used to be.

SO GOOD!! I wanted ribs tonight and Shane’s Ribs did not disappoint! The half rack was perfect. The baked beans and green beans and garlic toast were great! We have been trying various places since moving back to NC and Shane’s is a new favorite. We brought some peach cobbler home for later and it was delish!! Thank you Carlos for being so welcoming and personable!!

Those Shack Dogs hit everytime! I havent had one since the restaurant closed down in the town in reside in. I came here and it taste just as good as I remember. I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious hot dog!

Wings have been burned each time we have gotten them. Bathrooms are dirty urine all on floor and toilet seat

First time I have eaten at one of these. The staff was extremely nice and helpful on what to order. The smoked wings and ribs were delicious and flavorful. They both paired nice with their bbq sauce. The Mac n cheese was very subpar and disappointing. The tea was good as well and I like how they had peach as an option. For the price, everything should have been spot on. I might try them again but an on the fence.

Without a doubt it seems like everytime I order something my order is messed up in some way. Online order as well so everything is through the computer. Slaw on the side please.
