Smh. This place could've handled things better. Ordered the bbq feast and other platters online. Drove 20 mins to the location only for my order not to even be made because they were out of mac and cheese. Instead of giving me a call or any kind of notification. I could of opted for another side at any time no problem. But we were forced to wait another 20 or so minutes for the meats to finish being ready. I will not be coming to this location again!

I ordered a half chicken without any sauce on it to see how it tasted by itself. This place has really good, deep, smokey flavored chicken. They put grill marks on it right before serving it, and it gives the perfect texture pop you're looking for with crunchy skin. The seasoning was precisely balanced and allowed for the true taste of the chicken to come through. The meat simply fell off the bones, and I didn't have to worry about any hassle getting to any of the meat.I also ordered the fried okra, Cole slaw, and a side salad. The okra was fantastic!! Unfortunately, the Cole slaw was too bland for me and had too much sauce. It needed to be thinned out with some sweet white vinegar or a little sugar and white vinegar. It was just bland and too rich from the mayo. The sald itself was good once I dumped the cheese from it. The lettuce leaves were crisp. There was only a small bit of wilted leaves in the mix. They rotate the salad enough so you know you're getting fresh.The floors were spotless, but there was a but of stickiness to them when you walked, so you hear your foot peel off the floor. They could use a good deep clean, but that's just oil buildup after years of fried foods. The tables were neat and cleaned as well. They were only ever so lightly dusted with oil.The young lady at the register was kind and smiled, which is nice to have when you're ordering. The manager was involved and made sure everything was good.Overall, it was a pleasurable experience, and if you're looking for some smoked chicken for a reasonable price, this is a good place. I spent under $20 and had three sides with the half chicken. Drinks are too expensive anywhere anymore. Water is fine by me.

I would give it 0 if I could received food that was incredible greasy that it was not edible for me to eat. The grease was so bad it drenched the fries. So I couldn’t eat anything I order. Call back to speak with manager to let him know what happened. He answered the phone with an attitude and seem as if his didn’t care about what I was saying. Which I don’t understand how I manager would act so disinterested to a customer. I would NEVER eat here again not only because the food but mostly because of manger.

This Shane's Is outstanding. I've been here a couple of times. During this most recent visit, they were short staffed with only 3, dealing with a technical problem, and an unexpected late surge of business. The food was still prepared perfectly and quickly. The dining area was still very clean and the staff was very helpful and responsive as well as very, almost overly, friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Unfortunately this was my first visit and will be the last. The food was not all what I expected of a BBQ joint. The mac n cheese does not deserve the title. It was dry and without flavor. Beyond disappointing!The manager did attempt to make it right by offering another side however, this was after he acknowledged the awareness of the lack luster side. Folks, if you know you have side that is not up to public standards -do something! Apparently, franchise rules do not allow for changes-how unfortunate!Next, the hush puppies were overcooked and very greasy-wasted the expense of an ‘upcharge’. Lastly, the Texas toast was toasted nicely but on one side only-why?The atmosphere was ok, and the service was pleasant.

I literally ate here for the first time yesterday after fasting. It’s very underwhelming like all the sauces are mid. I have heart palpitations right now as well. I don’t know if that’s from the food or what. What I do know is I will not be returning. A 92 score is digusting also.
