My daughter and I tried this place for the first time. We walked in on a Monday evening. There was no one waiting. This place had a great location, it is located in the shopping center right across from UNCCHarlotte. It was clean and nice to sit inside with ample seating if you wanted to sit inside. There are no food or edible snacks on the menu, only drinks. Menus are placed on the counter with a variety of pictures for you to visualize what your drink would look like. Also, there is a large menu board behind the counter. There are a ton of options to choose from. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable with all of the questions that we had. My daughter got a milk tea and I opted for one of the fruit teas. They both were delicious! I can't wait to go back and try other options.

My son loves this Share Tea spot. This is his favorite Boba tea place in Charlotte. It was his birthday so he wanted everyone in attendance to order a Boba tea in celebration of his birthday. We had quite a large order about 18 drinks and although the workers did their best to accommodate us, they got a few orders wrong, and they also ran out of the pearls that go inside some of the drinks. They told us it would be about a 20 minute wait to get more, but this was after several of our drinks were made: we didn't want the drinks that were made to get watered down so we opted for alternate selections. So needless to say we didn't get the full Share Tea experience that my son bragged about. Would I give Share Tea another try? Absolutely but not with such a big order.

I asked for a matcha with fresh milk. The drink is okay. Taste like any other matcha nothing special. It was my first time going so I was expecting something different. My drink also did not have the fresh milk I asked for so I'm a little upset about that. By the time I realized I was already buckling my daughter in her car seat.

Very convenient boba spot. I come to this area for the variety of food options and now I can grab my favorite boba drink while I'm out. I love the ginger milk tea add boba it's so good. The service was fast and they were friendly. I love the area they have some board games and lots of natural light.

The tea at this place is absolutely delicious!We tried the winter melon tea and the happy family milk tea, and both were excellent. The ingredients used are high-quality and clean, and the flavors lingered perfectly in our mouths. It's a must-try if you're looking for a great bubble tea spot. ??

My nephew wanted everyone to have boba tea for his birthday, and this is his favorite place. So over $200 later, here I sit. While the service staff was super polite Sharetea doesn't do custom blends and I was wholly disappointed with my brew. I tried many other combinations on this night of endless boba, and I wasn't wild about [any] of them. They do offer customization of sweetness and ice, so well done! I don't think think this place is prepared for large orders, because right in the middle of our orders.... They ran out of boba!!!! They also don't have drink carriers. You will pay about seven bucks plus tip for each drink. They're all the same size. There is a generous shared parking lot. There was one gender neutral restroom, and I saw board games for patrons to play. While it was a chill vibe and the place was spotless, I doubt I would ever come back. Not with so many other places offering better tasting boba, but that's just one Yelpers opinion.

I got the Thai tea iced blended with pearls with 100% sweetness and my wife got the taro ice blended. I expected it to be sweet… it was slightly sweet… not impressed with this place. My wife asked what was the pudding and the guy just couldn’t really describe what it was. Nice place but needs to work on making the drink sweeter…

Honestly? The staff needs better training. The sharetea on central is undefeated maybe the staff they can come to this one to train them on how to make boba tea properly and on making it right consistently. Just a hot sugary mess.

What a wonderful staff. I was greeted as I entered with a polite Welcome. It was my first time coming to this location.My Daughter had introduced Sharetea to me as a surprise.Not recalling what she had purchased for me, I was delighted to see so many different options. I went with the Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee & Ice Cream. What a great call. I'm sure that all of the other options are just as fantastic. Give them a try if you're in the University City area.
