The best curry ramen I've had yet. The broth was so creamy and spicy. The chicken was so crispy. The chili paste had an incredible flavor. Was VERY impressed. Customer service was awesome as well. This place is worth your time!

Tonkotsu was average. Too safe and lacking bold touches. Would like to see more Asian toppings like kikurage or menma. One saving grace is that the location is easy to get too and there are plenty of parking.

My friend and I go to a lot of different Ramen places and so far this is our favorite. We both got the Curry Ramen and the takoyaki, it was all delicious. Best takoyaki I've had by far.Wheelchair accessibility: there is only one handicap spot outside tge door and it has a lowered curb for easy access. also restaurant is spacious enough for a wheelchair to have easy accessibility. bathroom accessibility unknown

One of my favorite ramen places. Their tonkotsu ramen is delicious and creamy. I also highly recommend their pork buns, I have yet to find pork buns as good as these in the CLT area. The restaurant itself is always clean with quick service.

I have had ramen in many different cities (Chicago, NYC, DC, Houston) and this one is still the best ramen i have ever had. Every time i go somewhere else, afterwards I say “this was good but Sheng Ramen does it better”. Every time. GET THE TONKOTSU. It is the best one. Elite.

Meh. Ordered the shoyu ramen. Pork belly was fairly good and slightly dry. Broth wasn’t super flavorful. Did not have mushrooms, which it was supposed to have. There are definitely better places for ramen.

3/26 update, still very yummy and still great service!Yummy food, great portions, friendly service... Checked all my boxes!Got the babysitter a serving as well, too good not to share!I went for the curry Katsu. Strongly recommend.10/10, would eat again!!
Food was ok. Tried the curry Ramen. Definitely should have stick with the Ramen I'm used to. $2 for extra chili paste, but it was heaped onto the dish rather than on the side in a separate container. I'm sure other dishes are good, but I'll stick to locations that I'm familiar with.

Wow. First time trying restaurant quality ramen, and man, oh man, did I choose the right place to try it. Everything from the soup to the noodles to the toppings, all was perfect. Exquisitely rich, but light. Noodles were pleasantly chewy and lasted overnight in a carryout box in the fridge without going soft.I recommend the tonkotsu ramen and gyozas. It really is an experience that cannot be completely explained with words.The only negative I can think of is the chili paste. Not the taste. It was delicious, but it was too much for me to handle, and I love my spice.
