Pretty mediocre. The cashier who took our order wasn't rude, but also wasn't friendly or interested at all. Ordered a burger combo with no mustard and a gyro combo with no tomato. The burger we got had mustard and the gyro ended out being absolutely LOADED with tomato, and had almost no tzatziki, so it was very dry. The fries were also dry and had no seasoning or flavor at all, not even salt. I tasted the burger and it was great, tasted decent quality and the gyro meat tasted fine also, the onions in it were fresh. Overall a mixed bag, pretty average and not TOO overpriced, probably wouldn't come back.

This has to be the worst Showmars I’m Charlotte. The quality and quantity of food. The attitudes from the staff. I know it’s a drive, but visit the one in Huntersville and you won’t be disappointed.

Cashier was exceptionally rude and condescending.

The cashier was so terribly rude to us. Didn’t want to take our order. Making smart comments, And when I asked for the manager, she said she didn’t feel comfortable telling me who the manager was… Until I demanded that, and then she called through the window and had someone else to go get the manager for me. The manager was very nice and apologetic, but these are the type of people that you have to deal with when you go to this establishment.

I went to the Northlake Mall in Charlotte NC, normally I don't eat any food at the food courts. I wanted a fish sandwich, and let me tell you!!!! It was sooo very delicious ?.... very fresh, and was made just right ?. I will be going back to shomars again.

Love it, it tastes amazing. Always fresh and delicious. One of the workers has an attitude and gives a bad impression. She looks like she is not happy to be there ? other than that rest of the team is fine and friendly.

Just great! ????? Great place to get fresh food in the mall and the customer service is above par. The ladies are top notch. Been here several times and my co- workers were raving about their experience, too. See you next time!

Stopped by for a quick bite. Quickness in getting food went well. Had chicken tenders. So bland . Problem we had was customer service. Young college guy behind counter seemed more interested in his tips than waiting on customers. Matter of fact while we were off to the side trying to figure out what to buy we noticed a customer college boy ignoring him. We ordered paid for food and when we got it. I noticed college boy was till eyeing his tips. when I got food I suggested that he may receive more tips if he were nicer to the public . He said with a snide remark. Thanks for that info. I also said that while in college he may want to take classes on customer service in how to treat people. He than threw his hands up and basically showed me away. Customer service is not his forte. By the way. Why us there a tip jar on the counter that says college fund. sounds like begging.To me. I also wonder if he shares money with those hard working guys in the back.
