This Shomars location is excellent. The food is always hot and fresh. The establishment stays clean including the bathrooms. It's a quiet environment. It doesn't matter what time you go there is always tables available and rarely a line. That's the best part. If you love peace along with quality food and friendly staff this is definitely for you. I want to give a big shout out to Payton, Sebastian and the chefs for giving top-notch service every time I eat here. There is another young Queen who takes my order sometimes that I would like to acknowledge as well. I always do my best to leave a big tip because not only do these Queens and King deserve it but I know it's not always easy working in fast food. Please go and support. To me, this is the best location in Charlotte.

I have been to several Show Mars in town and I have never had an oily food, all the foods we ordered are oily. you guys need to retrain your cooks with the recipe, you all use too much old oil, frying fish in the old oil and leaving it longer. in the oil as well. Please retrain them, and I am not coming back here again. Atmosphere is clean and customer service is great just the food is oily

On 02/03/2024 at 12 noon I realized I will NEVER come back to this particular Showmars! A tip for take out???? If I sat down COOL I never mind paying tip and I tip GOOD for good service, but not for takeout??! And its on the credit card machine, that I couldn't get refunded. On Top of that I ordered an old fashion pita burger that comes with chili. I'm like for $18 (including a tip thats shouldn't be asked for on take out) you can put more than a teaspoon of Chilli on the damn thing! I mean "old fashion" is centered around the chilli!!!! Yes!!! I was HOT. Its principle, I work hard for my money and regardless the cost I want my money worth! NEVER AGAIN! I've been going to Shomars over 25 years and they are slowly going down hill customer service, food and all. I may NEVER come back to ANY Shomars!!

Shomars hardly ever disappoints. Mom wanted fish and this is her favorite spot.
Omg...there was so little food that they literally put a pita bread on one whole side of the container. ? I thought they forgot my rice, but it was a tiny portion neatly tucked under the chicken.I mean...it should have been a whole bed of rice exactly where that pita bread was. This new norm of charging the most and giving the least is so frustrating.It was good though.
