Whoever the new cook is fire he or she asap!!! Me and my hubby ordered the 4pc tender meal and the flounder sandwich with fries a side of hush puppies and onion rings.The tenders were like rubber, the fish was fried to hard, onion rings didn't cook long enough and the hush puppies were under cooked and tasted plain.We could not eat it and threw it away very disappointed being that we love showmars and have been eating here for 10+ years.

OMG I order a gyro and OMG what kinda meat is it being used because that is not lamb at all. I have never in my 40+yes being from a state where the food is phenomenal I wasted money. I couldn't even eat beyond the first bite. Presentation is not the most important thing when it want not edible. The cashier assumed my husband and I don't tip so had us bypass that part. We tip and very well btw lol. I guess we are to black or not dressed in our Sundays best lol. I will not eat here again not interested in trying anything else from here. PERIOD
Showmars is a reliable and familiar place to get some decent chow. I remember going there as a kid. So it's a familiar, nice experience. Consistent, fresher than most, affordable, good variety, good customer service, clean stores, good sanitation rating, excellent reputation/longevity. Gotta support those local boys (& girls)!
