I bought a Greek salad to go, they double checked that I wanted the Greek vinegar and oil in the salad, I validated them and said yes, got my salad and left... Once at my destination, no salad dressing. Eating a dry salad wasn't what I paid for. Especially when I am spending over $20 per meal I buy there. I like this chain of restaurants, but I will not revisit this location.

The people working they were very kind and patient. I didn't know exactly what I wanted and the cashier took the time to explain each dish I asked about thar might suit my palate at that time. A young gentleman working there checked periodically to make sure if we need anything regularly. They especially made sure to pay attention to my mother who had to use her rollator, and cater to her needs. I appreciate it that.

The food was delicious! We came for supper as we are staying at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport hotel.
I had the Chicken Santorini platter with rice pilaf, onions, a small salad and pita bread with tzatziki sauce. My husband had the Alaskan Fish platter with fries and cold slaw (which he gave to me). I had a sweet tea with lemon and he had a diet pepsi.
I dipped the chicken in what I thought was the tzatziki but it was the ranch sauce. But boy was it good. I got extra pita bread with hummus and fruit salad to go. So later I will eat it with the real tzatziki. I also got a Baklava to go.
I don't know we ever will be able to come back as we live out of state but we'd like to.

GREAT experience!!!! People so friendly! Clean bathroom and facility. They took our trash for us, asked us for refills and what we needed. So nice! Delicious food and desert!!!

My food was bad, looking at the picture you will see a well presented food, but deep inside was burnt onions that made the food tasteless. My friend's platter was okay and I loved the customer service.

I love love love their cactus chili but this is a large...and it costs 7.50. That's a massive rip off if you ask me. I love it but I can't be wasting my money for an unfair return. Sad.

No service, I went to Showmars on freedom drive in Charlotte NC on Thursday 10-24-24 about 6pm to 6:45pm1. I ordered my food by phone in advance. There were 2 lines . I went the 2nd lines from right door. When it was time for me to be served, the Hispanic lady went about doing other things as though l was not there. She play it off like some one avoiding you. I left back out of Showmars and call them to cancel my order. I told them that l just left out of store and was not served. The person that answered the phone was probably the same lady. She did not even apologize and just cancel the order. Wow. They lost a good customer, l just came to get food. This really is bad service. It really makes you just want to cook your own food instead of eating out

Too high for the small amount they put on the plate. I ordered flounder, Mac and cheese, and greens for $17. I knew when I looked at the plate and after just getting off work, I was not going to be full off that small portion I received for $17. Never will I I waste money here again. Greens were blend, Mac and cheese was alright and fish was not seasoned enough. It felt like a total lost for that expense.
