Always a good place to eat. But today the customer service was way off. I ordered our food, asked to get my salad before my meal. The guy said I will see what I can do. I said I Always get it ahead of my food, so pls.do..waiting for awhile, I had to go check, he then said I will c...went back to my table wow all our food came out at the same time. Hate that..like I said b4..I didn't won't my hot food to get cold while I ate my salad. Well I guess they were under staff.i also had to get up for refills on drinks,dressing..etc.. never had I ever had such bad service 😕 love the food not happy to day

I usually love all showmars but the one in Pineville missed the mark. I placed a to go order, when I got home I found out that my order was incomplete. When I phoned to let them know, she just said, "oh well". The fries were old, they were hard and overcooked. This is so unusual for Showmars!

I DoorDashed from Showmars tonight! They had a 2 for 1 special and I ordered the Gyro combo with a Greek salad and sweet tea! I appreciate that they cared enough about the food to ensure that it wasn’t tampered with! See photos.I read articles about influencers boasting about how they mess with delivery orders and I have to admit that I was pretty apprehensive about getting food delivered to me. The food was delicious, it was delivered quickly by Francis, portions were generous and the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion is a fantastic value! I highly recommend this restaurant!
