The girls at the cash register are too rude. No customer service at all. They seemed pissed off all the time

Ordered an all American pita burger today 12/28/2024 and there was a roach on my burger when I say I am sick to my stomach. I will never eat here AGAIN!!! DISGUSTING

I would not recommend this location. My gyro barely had and tzatziki dressing and what little there was was all in the bottom. I don’t have this problem at Rivergate location. I feel like I wasted my money like the other reviewer stated.

Parking: There is takeout only parking up front if you can get one

I would have been better off getting a kids meal! The fish sandwich at outside shomars, Do not give you scraps! Just a waste of money!

The lady with glasses and two ponytails was so rude . She told us to move from in front of the restaurant when the line was going in one direction. I guess she was mad because no1 wanted fry food

Showmars never disappoints! I had the fish dinner and it was way too much to finish. Hot and fresh! The onion rings were wonderful as usual. My lunch companions had the pita burger and the gyro. They said they were wonderful. We went to this locations as it was close, but would prefer a restaurant so we could talk. Really loud in the mall!

Eating here makes it evident why it was the only restaurant with no line.

Whenever I am in Charlotte, Showmars is a must stop. They seldom disappoint. If you decide to go there, I would recommend the flounder.

I try to get lunch at Showmars whenever I’m back in Charlotte. Their gyro is one of the best and I almost always order the Calabash Shrimp dinner. The shrimp are lightly breaded, not overcooked. There are a lot of places that claim they do shrimp Calabash style and they deliver the overly btreaded, over cooked lump of shrimp flavored bread. Not a Showmars. Only other place that does it this well is O’Steens in St. Augustine Florida.

See I’m coming to here to pick up an Togo order. And the guy who was working the cashier , you’re super rude. You shouldn’t snatch anything out my hand if I’m giving you back the receipt. But it’s okay, i won’t be coming here anymore. The rudeness of this place, I’m good! Stay blessed.

Order here sometimes twice a week.Always consistently good and consistently fresh/hot.Everyone super friendly.
