Today my husband and I ordered two fish sandwiches for takeout. When we got home we discovered that the fish on the sandwich was cold, burnt and dried out. It was obvious it had been sitting all day. It was so hard it wasn’t edible. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manger, Greg. He said he personally prepared our order and assured me it was made fresh.
