This restaurant is misleading other Showmars customers about the items that they offer. Some locations have southern chicken tenders, which in the description say that they are fresh chicken tenders, however, this location has the same item listed on their menu as southern fried chicken tenders, but these are in fact not the fresh Chicken tenders that other locations have. The Pineville location does have fresh chicken tenders, but this location has frozen chicken tenders that are then deep-fried.

We go once a week and today was just a off day. Staff was flustered and messed up orders. This i can not put blame on no one because all other weeks we went were above and beyond.

This place is DISGUSTING! We got food from there and a drink. My toddler drunk out of this drink along with me before something told me to look inside the cup. I opened it and seen something dark at the bottom so I poured some of the drink out to see a nasty fly at the bottom of my cup ? Im disgusted and regret ever letting my son drink out of the cup. I will not ever eat at this Showmars again.

Food is great, order was taken quickly. I'm not one to complain but service tonight bothered me. 2 people who came in after me all got their food before me, while mine sat on counter waiting to be packed up. Had 5/6 employees all standing around and goofing off while my food sat there. I'm guessing assistant manager stood there with employees stood there and goofed off with my food still sitting right there. After 8 mins total they finally decided to pack my food up. Again I'm not one to complain and food was good, but man service here really failed tonight.
