I went here today. And they were busy and it's understandable they can't service everyone all at once. But when I walked in, I stood there for over 3min without even being greeted. There were 4 workers in direct line of sight that choose to not say anything to me at all and continue preparing orders. This nice woman who was waiting for her order as well felt compelled to get their attention to make sure I was serviced. Such a sweet lady. Their service is terrible and very lack luster. It's not about getting my order to me right now but at least acknowledging that you'll be right with me shortly. They need to be retrained honestly. No matter how busy a business is, you never leave a customer idling waiting intentionally without speaking with them. I won't be ordering from them again. Principle!

If you absolutely love constant extreme watery Diarrhea and multiple trips to the Toilet for at least 2 hours directly after eating there, then Showmars University is definitely the place for you. The Flounder and Shrimp plate meal was so under cooked that the Shrimp was cold and gummy. This is definitely a health risk. The Health Department should close this place down. How can the City of Charlotte allow restaurants like this to be open?
